The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Other than a restaurant and the souvenir shops the amenities were minimal but very appropriate for the main focus of the location, the Sanctuary to Our Lady of Lourdes and the needs of the visiting pilgrims. Very centric and walking distance to the grotto.

Je suis partagée. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres de 3 adultes. La premier était moderne, grande, avec un balcon et une super vue. La deuxième était minuscule, pas de balcon, vue sur un mur et très ancienne.
Points négatifs : wifi très mauvais, personnel pas super qui explique très mal (parking galère, mauvaise adresse donnée et réceptionniste pas très serviable), parking très cher et pas sur place. Ascenseur très lent et en panne pendant quelques heures.
Points positifs : juste en face du sanctuaire, à proximité directe des magasins et restaurants.

Good hotel, but we had a problem with parking, which we paid for. Directions were awful. We ended up circulating a couple of times. Parking lot was very small. Location was perfect for going to the grotto.

Ideal location if visiting the Basillica. No frills hotel, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Restaurant has very weird hours (no food between 3 pm and 7 pm) and restaurant staff is mixed; one waiter was quiet but very helpful but another was quit rude and acted unhappy to be serving Americans. There are many other restaurants around (the grille across the street had good food and very friendly staff)—but many of them are closed during the “off season”.
