Nice place, super nice staff

Spent one noght in Neufchateau on way to Burgundy. The hotel had many amenties we usually have trouble finding in mid range hotels in Europe. They have an elevator, air conditioning that worked and free on site parking. Our room has good sized and beds comfortable. We both remarked we had our first good night of sleep in several days. They are in the process of renovating and had a updated restaurant that is fresh and bright. The lobby and bar will be next. Service was friendly and helpful. We felt Hotel Eden was a grest find for the money and very comfortable!

Decent price/quality ratio. Comfortable with a weird mix of classic and modern in feel. Don't expect much from the staff other than check-in and check-out, especially if your French is terrible. Location: About a 3 minute walk down the road from the train station. The station has very infrequent service (trains every 2+ hours). Domremy and Fort de Bourlemont are each about 10 km away by car (2+ hours by foot). Hotel: Check-in was relatively easy at 2:30 p.m. Trying to get other help from the staff in English was time-consuming and ultimately fruitless. There's a nice bar + terrace with newspapers and magazines for perusal (although some ridiculously unruly kid was walking over tables and booths when I was there and the staff (singular) didn't seem to care). There's a gate with code for entry late at night (requiring use of a stairwell). Filling breakfast with a selection of cold foods (nothing hot other than coffee beverages), but with lots of flies for some reason. Room: The room was quaint and comfortable. Feels old, but with amenities of being new. The toilet separate from the washroom was an interesting historical curiosity. Neat, although sometimes unreliable, punchcard key system for accessing the room. The Good: Super comfortable bed. Okay-ish WiFi. Quiet (other than around cleaning time). Bottles of water. Air-conditioned. The Bad: No real complaints about the room itself. The Weird: Separate toilet chamber. Wood floors contribute to that old-time feel.

Zimmer top, frisch renoviert. Alles modern und sauber. Restaurant sehr gut. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Nette Rezeption.

Un hôtel que je recommande avec un personnel professionnel et disponible. Un service restauration très bon et de qualité.

Un hic une peu gênant, le check-in est à 16h00 et le check-out à 11h00..une amplitude une peu grande

Conforme aux attentes

Prima 3-sterrenhotel voor kort verblijf/doorreis naar het zuiden. Alles was netjes, goed ontbijt. Auto kun je goed kwijt voor het hotel op de gratis parkeerplaats. De kamers zijn niet ruim (schuin dak 2e verdieping) en dat is jammer. Ook bij onze kamer was er alleen een (bubble)bad en handdouche. Je kunt je dus niet staande douchen. Als je dit geen probleem vind is het prima. Vriendelijk personeel.

- Kamers zijn extreem klein voor een gezin van 5. - kamers extreem gehorig (boven de bar) - kamers zijn oud - niet goed schoon

Hotellet er måske lidt "træt" i dets look, men vi oplevede et hotel, der gjorde en ekstraordinær indsat for at få os til at føle os tilpasse - for eksempel med sen room service.

Leuk hotel zeker voor een tussenstop. Kleine maar nette kamers.

Dommage un 3* mais vieillissant, joint silicone dans baignoire jauni dans tous les coins, pas de mini bar, pas de plateau de courtoisie juste une bouteille d eau à température ambiante (donc 28° quand nous sommes arrivés) Et Bébé cafard sur le mur.... .....bienvenus ! chambre assez petite Point positif : wc séparé, literie bonne

accueil agréable et relations chaleureuses avec le personnel , chambre bien tenue dans un environnement calme ainsi qu'un bon rapport qualité prix sont les éléments que j'ai apprécié durant mon séjour. Je recommande cet établissement.
