Chambre très petite mais correcte et très propre en tout cas. Personnel accueillant rien à rajouter Et surtout très très bien chauffé on a bien dormi avec un bébé

Location near station is fantastic and staff wonderful and friendly. However, the lack of facilities and trying to make a buck was terrible - no kettles in room, a lovely lobby area with tea/coffee that could have been a huge positive but instead there is a charge for any beverage (self made tea and coffee from an old machine) - make it free and create a nice welcoming area for guests to gather, rather than an opportunity to make a buck.

Good value, clean but slightly dated. Good access to public transport, walking distance to main town area.

Excellent choice at this price range! The room was big, clean and warm. wifi worked great, the bathroom had a bathtub (loved it!) and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no refrigerator or tea/coffee in the room, but there was a coffee machine ($€) in the lobby and a microwave (!, which was absolutely great!). The location is mostly quiet (except for some loud boys gathering on a street one evening) and I mostly didn’t hear other guests „coughing“. Highly recommend overall!

The hotel is well located a short walk from the centre of Clermont Ferrand. We were able to park on the road outside the hotel, which is free from 19:00-0900 and all day on Sunday. The hotel does have a car park but we didn't need to use it. The rooms were smallish but it is a city centre building in France so this wasn't a surprise. Overall, for the price a good stay.

Booked two months prior and on my booking form I had a queen size bed and two single beds, for a family with two children 11 and 14. After paying for the room and getting into the room, I discovered I had a double bed and a double sofa bed. I had specifically booked the single beds for my children, and I didn't want a sofa bed as they aren't particularly comfortable. The rooms so moved you had to get into your bed from the bottom of the bed as there was no room to get out the side of the bed. I complained to the girl in the reception, Alexandra, she just really didn't care, advising me that on booking this room, the beds I booked were already booked out. So I asked, you lied then when I booked this room, and she replied yes. I asked for my money backs I was going to find another hotel room but she said she couldn't give me a refund. I asked to speak to the manager but she advised me the manager was on holiday for two weeks. I asked for the managers email address but she didn't want to give it to me. " what does it matter, there are no other rooms", " it's the same price, as the other room". As if I was getting a bargain. I was trapped and this was part of my holiday. I have massive issues with hotels.com too as I rang them, who said they would relocate me, they needed to speak to the reception of Albert Elisabeth hotel but 2 members of hotel.com tried ringing but no one picked up the phone. Awful hostel style "hotel" . Thishotel is not in a chain, it is a one off.

Good for overnight stay, easy access from the station and good location for town centre. Breakfast was good, although fresh coffee would have been nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, l'hôtel est bien situé et le petit déjeuner est très correct pour le prix ( charcuterie, oeuf, yaourt, pain, viennoiseries différents jus de fruits, café et thé).

Mal insonorisé : on entend tres bien les voisins du desous qui prennent leur douche a minuit et qui discutent ! Il serai opportun de mettre un porte manteau dans la salle de bain pour poser sa serviette et son pyjama !! Et une petite étagère sous le lavabo. Ces équipements bien utiles ne sont pas chers !!!

Le numéro est sal , vétuste, petit. Personnel non coopératif. Il n’y avais pas de l’eau chaude pas de chauffage . Pas d’annulation pas de geste commercial. Si pour payer 3 euros ça va sinon même 10 euros ne vaut pas la peine .

L'hôtel est très bien situé (proximité de l'université en ce que nous concerne) le personnel très aimable et serviable. Les prestations sont suffisantes et de bonne qualité.

chambre et hôtel propre mais le confort de là literie est à revoir. confort médiocre des oreillers aussi. chambre ostére et salle de main usée et datée si on fait plus d'1m70 on ne passe pas sur le pommeau de douche insonorisation correcte facile d'accès personnel agréable
