Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The property itself needs a little bit updating but then for a short stay it is not that bad. If there are issues they tried to fix things as soon as possible but if it does not work at all they will find ways to meet the customers satisfaction which is really great! I would highly recommend this Hotel Atrium because we were happy to stay here.

We liked the way we were warmly welcomed and taken care of by Alba and Tiago at the front desk. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom needs improvement in terms of additional places to put toiletries, etc. Also, the TV was not working. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

Very welcoming staff. Rooms basic but very comfortable. Very good 3 course dinner for 15 Euros. Good location for Sanctuary etc, if you use the local street lift. Have stayed here previously, will do so again.

the room was okay even small however worth the price.
the only thing I didn't like was that very noisy. you hear children or a child running above you. then next door you can hear flushing toilet, you can hear people playing the door knob.you cannot sleep, housekeeping was very good. breakfast was the same every morning. i like hot food. the chef was a nice lady.
the location was very good and accessible.

Staff were excellent.
There was a lot of noise through the building from other guests.
Excellent spot to stay with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in all directions and a 10 minute walk to the Domain, could be a bit steep for less mobile people.

This hotel is a great option if you want to visit the sanctuary of Lourdes. Very close and easy to walk to. The room was clean and comfortable. The girl at the reception was excellent, great customer service and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. They made us feel as home. 100 recommended. I would stay there again.
