Good -we stayed only overnight.

The guy in the front desk was excellent. He was the best in the hotel

The staff are friendly, but my room is too small. It has a good location. Maybe because it's an old-style hotel

Great property

Very clean and hotel staff very friendly. No satellite TV and Ac turned on and off on its own. Other than that I would stay again.

Crew are courteous and accommodating.

Hôtel, excellent à proximité à pied ( un ascenseur de la ville a 2 pas dessert le bas de Lourdes )de tous les lieux à visiter à Lourdes, hôtel au calme sur les hauteurs de la vieille ville. Je le recommande fortement. Accueil très sympathique, j’ai pu me garer au parking de l’hôtel, mais il y’a des places disponibles dans les rues adjacentes de l’hôtel dispo en cette saison mi septembre. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Je le recommande fortement à tous les visiteurs. J’ai même prolongé mon séjour d’une nuit.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The property itself needs a little bit updating but then for a short stay it is not that bad. If there are issues they tried to fix things as soon as possible but if it does not work at all they will find ways to meet the customers satisfaction which is really great! I would highly recommend this Hotel Atrium because we were happy to stay here.

L’hotel è datato, il bagno della nostra stanza era piccolo e poco pulito. Non c’è insonorizzazione, quindi si sentono tutte le camere vicine e quelle ai piani superiori. La colazione è abbastanza deludente. Unico punto a favore per noi che viaggiavamo in moto è stato il garage chiuso dove abbiamo potuto parcheggiare per la notte.

the room was okay even small however worth the price. the only thing I didn't like was that very noisy. you hear children or a child running above you. then next door you can hear flushing toilet, you can hear people playing the door knob.you cannot sleep, housekeeping was very good. breakfast was the same every morning. i like hot food. the chef was a nice lady. the location was very good and accessible.

Very basic hotel but overall fine to sleep. AC was noisy.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble👍. L'hôtel est bien situé à 10 minutes de marche tranquille du sanctuaire de la grotte à 5 minutes de l'entrée du château 🏰 et à proximité de restaurants sympas. Le confort de la literie impeccable, mais la chambre que nous avions, était un peu petite surtout la salle d'eau quand on a le gabarit d'un pilier de rugby 😂 L'unité de climatisation est bruyant mais il ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Le personnel que nous avons rencontré lors de notre séjour, était aimable, souriant et avenant.
