We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions, with convenient parking nearby. Our room was spacious, bright, and exceptionally quiet, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring Reims. The hotel is also just a short drive from many of the region's renowned Champagne houses, making it an ideal base for tastings and day trips. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the central location made it easy to enjoy the city on foot. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel, right in the centre of Reims. Great Air Con which was very much needed as it was 38 and humid. Staff really lovely and freindly. We could have done with more pillows and a fridge and I’m sure if we had asked for more pillows the lovely staff would have supplied them but it was late so we didn't bother. We were worried that it would be a bit noisy as it is in the middle of all the bars and restaurants but the widows were excellent at noise reduction so we slept really well. Parking was easy as the underground car parking is next door to the hotel. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and again returning home. Great value for money!

Hotel was so convenient to touring Reims. Staff was helpful with things we didn’t understand. Parking in the suggested parking lot worked out perfect and very easy once we understood how it worked. Perfect location for our first night in France and dealing with jet lag. Nice restaurants right out your door.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even allowed us to drop off our baggage early before check-in, which we really appreciated. While the room was clean, it does need some attention. There were noticeable beverage stains on the walls opposite the beds, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. The room lighting also needs a rethink: there are no diffusers on the bulbs, making them uncomfortably bright, and the master switch controls everything, meaning it’s a "lights all on or all off" situation. Lastly, the in-room safe required a physical key that was not provided. A good stay overall, but fixing these maintenance issues would greatly improve the experience.

Great location. Easy parking, staff very helpful. A couple of issues came up that were dealt with but maybe a bit of maintenance to fix sooner would have removed the issues. Broken lock, non working room safe, light switches not functioning, all fixed but they could have been done earlier. Did not impact our stay tho which was great overall.
