The hotel was located right in the beautiful town of Avallon, walking to everything. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room and hotel was beautiful and comfortable. we were in France for three weeks and this was one of our favorite towns and hotels, and the restaurant was the best meal we had during our entire trip! Jola, at the front desk, was especially sweet and helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here,

The staff was helpful, but the hotel itself felt cold and dark. The décor was strange, with unsettling items like a samurai headdress. I’m not interested in Japanese themes, and had I known how obsessed the owners were with Japan, I would not have booked this place. I would not return.

Hôtel exceptionnel. Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas eu une aussi bonne surprise en termes de rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est très bien placé, avec un vaste parking gratuit juste à côté (et quelques places de déchargement juste en face pour les bagages). L'établissement est superbement agencé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et tout y est impeccablement propre et maîtrisé. La climatisation, particulièrement bienvenue en cette période de canicule, a été parfaitement efficace. Seul petit bémol dans l'ensemble : le petit-déjeuner, qui n'est pas tout à fait au niveau du reste. Je dîne rarement dans les restaurants d'hôtel, mais celui-ci a été une vraie révélation : j'ai pris le menu découverte, loin d'être le plus cher, et c'était superbe — qualitatif, savoureux, sans fausse note. Le personnel est également très professionnel et à l'écoute de tous les clients, avec un vrai souci de bien recevoir chaque hôte. Cela faisait plusieurs années que je n'avais pas été aussi agréablement surpris par un hôtel, à la fois sur le rapport qualité/prix et sur la qualité du service dans son ensemble. J'ai adoré mon séjour, j'ai noté l'adresse, et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci aux équipes.

Premier séjour dans cet hôtel. Belle surprise aussi bien dans le confort, l’insonorisation de la chambre, et des papilles du côté restaurant. Tous les collaborateurs étaient très agréables. Juste deux petits regrets pas de machine nespresso dans la chambre et pour moi personnellement qui fait beaucoup de déplacements pas de soirée étape.

Nous avons séjourné à l'Hôtel de la Poste et en sommes repartis très satisfaits. L'établissement tient pleinement ses promesses : le cadre est élégant, les prestations soignées, et le rapport qualité-prix tout à fait en accord avec le classement 4 étoiles. Mention spéciale au personnel, particulièrement attentif et professionnel, qui a su rendre notre séjour agréable dès l'accueil. Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement en suite, une très belle surprise qui a largement contribué à l'excellence de notre expérience, un grand espace, une très belle décoration et un confort au rendez-vous. Un seul bémol, et il est mineur au regard du reste : par ces fortes chaleurs, le simple ventilateur mis à disposition s'est avéré un peu bruyant. Une colonne d'air aurait été bien plus efficace pour passer une nuit vraiment confortable. En dehors de cela, rien à redire : tout était parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hôtel à ceux qui souhaitent s'offrir une étape de qualité en Bourgogne.
