A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. The room was large and comfortable although the bathroom was clean it was a little dated in design. The hotel restaurant was excellent with a lovely evening meal. Not the cheapest in town, but excellent quality and again, very friendly staff.

We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant and found the beds very comfortable. The hotel was centrally located with easy access to restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful.

très satisfait de cet hôtel, tout à fait dans notre style,la classe,du personnel aux petits soins, tous !je recommande et si nous retournons à Aurillac,pas d' hésitation c est à l' hôtel des Carmes que nous séjournerons.
