This was our 2nd stay here. We booked it for both price and location. Additionally we like the restaurant that was across the street on our first stay in 2022. A different restaurant is in that location now but we did not try it. Would definitely come back to the Hôtel d'Espagne.

Located one block from Grand Boulevard and a metro station, this hotel was close to dining, shopping and just a 20 minute walk to The Louvre. The property also included air conditioning, an elevator and an English speaking staff. I would definitely stay here again!

The elevator is until the 4th floor, in order to get into rooms in the 5th floor you have to climb stairs, with or without your luggage.
The hotel is in a narrow street that some vehicles do not enter, so you have to walk about 100-200 meters.
The heating did not work on one day, there was no backup heating, we were given extra blankets. The next day the problem was solved👍
The staff was polite and nlce, thanks to all of them.

Terrible stay for two days. Arrived at 8:30pm check in. Was given a fob as a key to the room for #208. After cramming into the elevator and opening the door, it was someone else’s room with all their belongings. The front desk agent barely acknowledges the error and gives us room #207 with a sticky note. The room did not have a working phone and there was no other security lock or deadbolt to the door. When we put a sign on the door for no cleaning, they came into our room anyways and made the bed but did not take out the trash or refresh our towels

My room had been upgraded on arrival but it smelt strongley of smoke so I asked to move to another room. Hard to believe that a guest would be expected to accept this room! A staff member at the breakfast buffet was rude and unhelpful. Apart from this the accommodation was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location.

Too small for three adults even we paid around $350/day asking for three single beds. No closet for hanging your clothes. We have to lay out everything on ONE chair ONLY. Bathroom shower is so small that even our petite size cannot make the turnaround.
However, location is really convenient for transportation & lots of eating choices. But I won’t choose it in the future but will check out other hotels nearby for a larger size specially for the bathroom.

I loved the property even tough the bedroom and bathroom are a little bit small the service, cleanliness and excellent location made it the perfect decision.
Rusland at the front sesk was marvelous and if you are going to continue your adventure within France they keep the luggage for you!
I will definitely stay here again!

Stylish hotel in an excellent location. Decent sized rooms with comfortable matress and pillows. Reception Staff spoke English and were helpful. Some rooms do not have powerpoints on either side of the bed, so bring a powerbank if you want your mobile to hand at night! As the hotel is in an classic paris block, the soundproofing is not as good as a newly built hotel. If you are easily bothered by noise bring a set of earplugs for a perfect stay.

1 The Breakfast:good variety of food

3. Excellent range of Restaurants in the area.
4. Cleaning and upkeep of my room.

1. Disappointing welcome: I welcomed just before 10am after a long flight from Australia. The receptionist said I could not have breakfast as they have just closed. Keep in mind, I had paid for the previous night so that I could access my room. She was oblivious to this, did not smile and I felt quite unwelcome. I think a sense of hospitality is vital to any Hotel.
2 Taxis refuse to enter the street of the Hotel. As a man with a disability this would put me off staying at your Hotel again.
3. The simplicity of the decor makes it feel boring and cheap.

This was a great small boutique hotel. The rooms were nice, and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. I could adjust the temperature no problem. I enjoyed staying there. Complimentary coffee and snacks in the afternoon. Kettle in room. I would recommend and stay again!
