Great place to stay if you would like to be near the Eiffel Tower and have tower views. We were fortunate to be on the 5th floor. The 5th and 6th floors have balcony you can sit on. The 1st-3rd floor have French balcony you can look out from. The lady at the front desk that greeted us was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for others to stay as well.

We had a lovely time staying here the staff especially Anna was amazing. The views from our balcony where stunning. It was a dream come true to come to Paris for our 25th year anniversary and with the help of the staff they made us feel super welcomed. I love the location of the Hotel which made it easier to get around. I will definitely be coming back!

We only stayed briefly, but our experience at Hôtel La Comtesse was overwhelmingly positive. The staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful—from greeting us with friendly smiles to allowing us to check into one of our rooms early since it was already available. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was that I accidentally left behind a couple of jackets, which I’m currently working with the front desk to retrieve. Aside from that, everything was wonderful and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

Wonderful hotel, very comfortable beds, wonderful amenities, and fabulous views. Great location, we easily walked to Champs-Elysee. Breakfast can be made to order, many cheeses and fruits and pastries. Also eggs and omelets. Overall great experience, was luxurious.

You call and you ask for a balcony and higher floor and they say ok, then when you arrive they say you had to reserve with time which you did. They do not give you what you pay for. Make sure you get what you pay for. They are wrong for advertising and booking people for rooms they do not have.

The view was the best part of this property. When we arrived the lobby was under construction, our shower did not drain properly and we found bugs in the sink. The hotel location was great for the Eiffel Tower but other than views and location the quality of the room left a lot to be desired.

Prime location! The man at the front desk was incredibly nice he honestly made our entire experience 10 times better! Had an amazing view from our room and it was decorated super cute. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

Had a really good stay. The manager was so kind, attentive, funny, and always made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and there was always staff available 24/7. The view were so pretty and the location was right in the middle of everything and near a metro station. I will definitely stay here again.
