The staff were all super helpful and experience overall was fantastic, you get actual room keys that you leave at reception. A nice touch these days. A gem in the middle of Rennes. 2 min walk from an the airport bus. Good dining and bars right there & proper market full of delights.

My room was clean and pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet even though it was fully booked at the time of my visit. I like the location as it was close to the city center and not too far from the train station. It was just perfect for my needs.

Location is great. It’s a short walk to basically everything: food, bars, shopping…. Room is ok but needs renovation, especially the bathroom. In my room two lights were not working right (periods of flickering ), and the 2 power outlets are not easily accessible, you need crawl on the ground.

Hotel room booked was not like the marketing pictures. My room was TINY, no drawers, no hooks just 4 hangers. Window view was a wall and pigeon poop. Room was dark and smelled of raw sewage from the tiny bathroom. Room allocated was at the end of a dark corridor and it felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. On the 2nd day I came home and my room was unlocked, maintenance had been in to paint it!! Without any warning or prior notice, they forgot to lock the room after. I had to ask for towels one day as housekeeping didn't clean my room even though I put the sign out. There was a broken piece of glass on the floor from the previous guest not cleaned up. It was an awful experience. I asked to be moved but told a flat out NO. The rooms are NOT soundproof as stated, the room above me were noisy with furniture moving and thudding on the floor as they moved about. This hotel is barely a 1 star.

Excellent location, friendly staff and a great breakfast. The room* was small but more than adequate. My only "complaints" were that Hotels.com said checkout was at 12.00 (midday) but the hotel stated it was at 11.00am, and I booked the mansardee room but received a slightly smaller normal room. However overall the experience was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. I only book rooms with lift and write in the message that a room near facilities, etc. is appreciated. I was surprised to find that the room booked had 1 floor of stairs and not normal stairs bt a very narrow spiral staircase. Very dangerous, especially for someone of my age and state. No mention of this and would certainly not have booked. Woman on reception reluctantly took my suitcase up. Anthony much more amenable bringing it down. He was delightful. Bed very hard too.
