The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! Otherwise everything was fine.

Propre et efficace. Le hic, l'arrivée avec l'enregistrement automatique qui ne fonctionnait pas avec le code que j'ai reçu de la part d'un revendeur. J'ai du aller voir le Ibis d'à côté où la réceptionniste m'a donné le bon code.

Excellent sejour Ras je recommande. Le seul petit bémol comme nous arrives en dehors des heures d’accueil nous avons eu la possibilité de récupérer la chambre par l intermédiaire d’une borne en mentionnant le numéro de réservation malheureusement ca n’a pas fonctionné jai du aller a ibis rouge por m’enregistrer et avoir le cde pour la chambre.

Aucune mention qu’après 21h il n’y a plus personne. On se retrouve devant sans numéro de réservation valide. Il faut appeler pour avoir le code. Au départ tôt le code de la chambre qui doit ouvrir le portail pour sortir ne fonctionne pas. Il faut appeler et perdre du temps à 4h du matin!
