L’albergo è situato in una zona depressa della città. Fuori dal centro. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. La pulizia lascia a desiderare in quanto la stanza non è mai stata spazzata in una settimana. La colazione è buona per il prezzo. L’aria condizionata non ha funzionato per la maggior parte del soggiorno. In conclusione un’esperienza al di sotto dello standard Ibis.

Mais très mauvaise odeur de desodorisant ou autre produit chimique dans l'entrée et encore pire dans la cage d'escalier. Heureusement l'odeur ne portait pas jusque dans la chambre !

Il n'y avait pas de parking intérieur, et personne pour communiquer après 22:00 heures. Nous avons donc dû chercher un autre hôtel, que nous avons trouvé : CAMPANILE TOURS, avec une personne présente encore à 23:00 heures, et un parking intérieur !

Dans descriptif, chambre avec baignoire, ce n'est pas le cas.
Petit déjeuner décent mais pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.
Ni chauffage ni aération dans la salle de bain.
Fermeture de l'entrée de 12 à 17h.

Chambre pas très propre et un sommeil raccourci par les talons de la réceptionniste, car j’ai eu la chance d’être au dessus de la réception et à 6h levé de rideaux métalliques et talons de la réceptionniste qui s’agitait sans cesse
