Kyriad Lisieux

Expensive and in a wierd area.

Staff were very good. A/C didn’t work well but they provided a portable A/C unit which made the room very comfortable.

Did what it said on the tin, cleans and tidy room. Quite small and no frills but then it was reasonably priced. Evening meal in restaurant which was good quality food for a good price

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Property was very clean.

A little hard to find in the midst of industrial area but was clean and comfortable.

After a week of staying in charming B and B’s and having to drag our luggage up three flights of narrow stairs, we decided to go with the “mod cons” for a night. Granted that the location in an industrial area is not very appealing, but that was made up for by the fact that we didn’t have to dive head first into the bed to avoid hitting our heads on the eaves, and the bathroom was larger than a closet. The staff was friendly and genuinely nice. We liked it so much that we went back a few nights later on our return through the area. The restaurant food was remarkably good for a hotel—-except for the pizza. Both nights we were there, there were large tour groups in the main dining room but other diners were served promptly. Kudos to the staff!

The hotel was very easy to find and the check in super easy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a restaurant attached and the service and meal provided a pleasant experience. There was a super huge Le Clerc across the road from the hotel - very convenient.

We only stayed one night however it was a perfect spot for us and our dog. Could not fault the room, reception or staff.

This was an overnight stop en route south. It's a convenient stop from the Le Havre ferry. The location was difficult to find, possibly because we mixed up 2 similar street names in the sat nav. Very good to find a simple restaurant with reasonable food after a day travelling. The only bad point was that we were put into a disabled room where the shower was somewhat strange. Also, the air conditioning did not work, so it was hot. The windows were sealed.

Most helpful we have to large dogs so they upgraded us to a room downstairs so we could go straight on to the grass We had room service on time and hot Staff could not have been more helpful

Used this hotel for 1 night as a stopover travelling further south. Outside of the town centre, but very clean, friendly helpful staff, on-site bar and restaurant serving very good food and secure parking.

I have been travelling back and forth to France over the past few years and have not been too impressed with most hotels. This is by far the best one yet. No need to look any further if your in this neighborhood. Thanks Kyriad!

Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Food good.worth a stay

We stayed at this hotel because it was situated between Normandy Beach and Piencourt France where we were doing research on my Great Uncle who died in Piencourt during WWII. The owner of the hotel personally made calls to set up an appointment with the Mayor of Piencourt, who took us to the church where his funeral was held, town hall where his body was hid for a few days, until a funeral could be held and to crash site of his P-38, to help our family complete our research of my uncle. The gentleman who attended the front desk (pronounced Redone) was also a tremendous help in this. They both went well above the call of duty to help us and we will definitely be back. I also must say, we ate breakfast and dinner at their restaurant multiple times and it was the best food we ate in France and VERY affordable. The rooms were extremely clean too.
