Well situated for transport, next to a commercial centre. Their breakfast was delicious and the room just cozy enough. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I had such an amazing experience.

The hotel needs to improve a lot the cleanliness, the painting, the elevators are dirty, the door at the rooms needs to be painted. The housekeeping personal needs to clean the room and change the bed sheets and do the beds. If they advertise air conditioning needs to be sincere that is a heater and not air conditioning. For the price that I paid and the quality that I got, is frustrating. The hotel doesn't look the same as the picture. These pictures were taken a long time ago. Dont like the hotel at all.

Great hotel at a great price! This is where we always stay when we visit Paris. Much more affordable than staying in the city and it’s right next door to the main train line between Paris and Disney. There’s also a mall and lots of eating within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time this year. The facilities inside room is very good.

I didn't like the staff, i think they're rude. The actual rooms are not what's advertised, they're smaller. The breakfast was stale, the bread was very old. Aa for hygiene, limited soap and toilet paper. When we requested to clean the room, the sheets and pillow cases were not changed. Then were hairs on them, very disgusting. Will never recommend

Anass was really helpful and gave us a clean room with clean towels. The first room wasn’t very good but we soon got another one.

Stayed here for 2 nights after visiting Disneyland Paris. We wanted a hotel close to a train into Paris city. As a family of 4 we had booked a family room but on our arrival the room was unavailable. The hotel then provided us with 2 rooms next to each other and gave us complimentary breakfast. Rooms are basic but functional, clean and tidy. Onsite parking, and close to a shopping centre with a supermarket. Would us again

Nice, clean and convenient for Paris and Disneyland

Really friendly welcome. I was using it as a cheap night before moving over to Disneyland Paris the next day which I have done before. It's literally a stone's throw from the RER and then on to a shopping centre with supermarket so the local amenities are what sways me to stay here. The one thing that I would love to improve is breakfast options for vegans. I had what I call a "classic vegan hotel breakfast" which was bread, jam and a banana. In fairness to the hotel, I didn't ask about alternate milks because I overslept. It was pretty loud pretty late but I don't know where that noise was coming from to blame the hotel and I just put earplugs in but I do think it contributed to me rolling out of bed at almost 10am!

I found this property to be delightful. The staff were friendly, patient, and willing to look over my language barrier. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located across the street from multiple bus stops and the subway station. It was very easy to just walk over and take the subway into Paris on our first day then Disneyland Paris on the next day. If you do not speak French, don’t let staying here dissuade you. I would advise anyone visiting a foreign country to learn a few basic phrases and use a translation app on your phone in the event you need it. The staff were more than patient with helping me get my needs met. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again for my next trip to Disneyland Paris.

During my stay in the hotel I had left my suitcase on the extra bed in my room, when I came home that night, some of my belongings had been removed from my bag and thrown on my bed, after looking at what had been moved I noticed a bag of sweets, which I had bought as a gift with no time left to replace them, open with some of the contents missing hidden under a pile of clothes. When I left the hotel that morning my bed had been clear and all clothes and the sweets had been in my suitcase. I reported the incident to the staff in reception the following morning before I checked out and was given an email to inform management, after trying to do so the email I was given doesn’t work. Very disappointed that someone who had access to my room would be so unprofessional as to go through my belongings and try to cover it up. Very upset at this incident and ruined the overall experience of my stay which had been otherwise uneventful.

Do not book this hotel unless you want to have the worse time, this hotel ruined our stay as we did not want to return to it at night. We booked 3 rooms for my daughters birthday, on arrival we parked our car and went straight into Paris as they would not let us check in early or have a complimentary room to freshen up in. The lady on reception advised us there was a train strike so we better come home by 6.30pm or we would have trouble. I tried to talk to her about other possibilities of getting home but she wasn't interested until I just stood there and made her give me a map and details of buses. We came back from Paris and checked in OMG I could not have been more shocked by the standard of the rooms. Mould on shower curtain, curtains hanging off the rail,dirty smelly carpet (please take slippers you will not want to walk on them) please whatever you do do not look at the mattress!!! and take your own towels . Everything was so disgusting and smelled so bad. I asked to be moved and was offered a room on the 6th floor which was big but the smell knocked you out , no lights were working and it was damp. I declined and stayed were we were. None of us slept as you just feel dirty , I tried to get another hotel but due to the time of year getting 3 rooms was either not available or at a large cost. This hotel need to be knocked down, please do not stay here even for 1 night it will ruin your holiday.

From outside it looks grubby old and tired signs missing grey and uninviting. The rooms are extremely small and basic the pictures online are misleading. Expedia only included breakfast for one of our party when there was 3 of us. A very disappointing stay

Great price. A little bit far from the city center.

Staff very helpful especially Axle very close to train ststion so easy access to paris and disney restaurants shops within walking distance. Hotel similar to travel lodge for cost can not complain had what was required and was clean. Would use again. Did not eat breakfast so cnt comment on that but shops across road have all you need if you dont eat in massive supermarket with bakery.

Place is great if you going to Disneyland. Only 3 stops on RER. Next to shopping centre and restaurants. And free parking if you driving. Friendly staff and quick checkin/checkout. Beds were comfy. Kettle available. On negative- rooms are small so if you require space this hotel is not for you. Someone mentioned plugs in awkward places which is true and some furniture requires replacement as it's falling apart-our bedside table lost it's side. And rooms need rubbish bins- tiny one in bathroom is not enough. Rooms generally need some update.

Upon arrival the hotel staff was helpful and friendly we entered the room and it wasn’t very welcoming it smelt musky and the kids walked across the floor with white socks on that were black on the bottom. The kettle was all chipped and full of lime scale and the bathroom was mouldy on the ceiling. There was only one plug socket so for a family room that was no where near enough. We debated moving hotels and paying more to go somewhere better but as it was for one night and the children was tired from travelling all day we decided to have a early night and leave as early as possible the next morning. The only good thing was the location to Disney land and the shops around it. Will definitely not be returning.

The hotel is in a really good location with easy access to shops and transport. Good price too
