Cute hotel in a great part of Paris

I’m traveling with my family. On the evening we arrived, the family room I had reserved was not available, so the hotel offered us their best suite instead. We stayed there for two nights. Later, when my daughter fell ill, I requested a late check-out. Although the room wasn’t available, they kindly offered us another room at no additional charge. From the front desk to room service, valet, and housekeeping—every staff member we encountered was outstanding and truly passionate about their work. The hotel was clean and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. On the first night, a fire alarm went off on all floors due to a system error, and later that evening, there was a power outage on the entire street for a few hours. Although these issues were beyond their control, the hotel handled everything with professionalism and care. Thank you so much to the entire La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris by The Crest Collection team!

Spacious, location, room quality.

Great location. Seemed to struggle with check in time at 3 but otherwise fantastic.

I booked a one bedroom unit for an 11 night stay at the hotel. The room was advertised on the Expedia website as well as the hotel website as “sound proof.” I was given room 133 which sits above the nightclub. The booming music from the club can be heard through the wall and floor into the early hours of the morning. I spoke to reception one the first night about the music and asked to have a different room, I was told the hotel is fully booked but that they would let the manager know I’d requested a room change. The hotel did not take my request seriously and had no record of my requests with reception or emails. The music from the club made it impossible to enjoy the room and for my children to sleep at normal hours. The hotel on the 4th night said they could switch my room on the 5th night but that would be another sleepless night for my kids so we decided to check out early. If you get room 133 ask to switch immediately. I seriously think they saw single mom traveling with 2 young kids and thought they could get away with putting us in the worse room they had and that we would just put up with it. Word of advice is document your conversation with the front desk and work with the Manager. I would not recommend this hotel given my experience and would never return.

Great hotel

Great location and the rooms are a decent size for Paris. But this is not a 5 star hotel. There is no restaurant and no room service. The staff will argue with you about basic service issues. They won't even help with bags to your room. How is this 5 star? The bar is open a few venings a week but you can't sign your bill to your room. I didn't even have a phone in my room so when I called to inquire about some beddings issues, I had to use my cell phone.

At 3pm the room was not ready and we couldn’t make the check in

We had 2 of their apartment rooms for my family of 5 to all fit in. The location was perfect. Close to a metro station, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower on multiple nights and friendly staff. There were a couple small issues with the room that I would have liked fixed while we were there. That’s the only reason for the slightly lower rating. The main one was that the bathroom light didn’t work in one room, so it was dark getting ready in the morning.

I thought that breakfast was included, but it wasn't. It would seem that for VIP guests, breakfast should be included especially when they stay in the Eiffel Rooms as we did... The menu for dinner or room service at this property is very very French... If you prefer anything that you can understand in English, go across the street to the bar restaurant. The food there is fantastic. Matter of fact, that's what the host told us to do...
