Property is in terrible condition and horrible amenities. Two pillows, no soap, damaged fixtures, it's a dump pretty much. Free parking was good but that's the only plus for this property. Might as well park on the street and find a nicer property. Ugh!! Run away!!

hotel was a home away from home. Room was clean beds were super comfortable.

The manager was very helpful. The staff was not. Heavy construction going on all around the area. Internet connection was horrible, only worked in the lobby and not the room.

The hotel was very dirty

It took us an hour to get into town each way with the metro and/or Uber/Taxi. Not at all close. Staff not helpful.

For the price we paid we cannot complain about our room we were pleasantly surprised that there was a balcony with our room. It was perfect for our needs as we we spent the days out in Paris so we only need a place to sleep. The service was pleasant and friendly.

Hotel smells No Ice machine No wash clothes, When others use bathroom it sounds like its in your room plus you hear the movement of other guest. Poor lighting in hallways The Wi-Fi comes and goes

Wi-Fi does not work at all. Check-in was very slow and very little communicated to us as to what was happening as it was taking so long. Room was okay, plates in the kitchenette were dirty. Bed was comfortable though.

We had a very bad experience with checkin and cleanliness of rooms. Lift was out of order several times. They did not even clean the rooms once during our stay. Terrible experience ...will never stay there again or advise anyone to either.

In all it is good hotel with kind staff. The staff respond for request is positively.

No AC. AC is broken. Internet does not work. No assistance from the owner. Do NOT STAY IN YHIS HOTEL. Its a disaster

Price is good, room ok but terrible internet connection

i did like the room sized and the window view Good for the price , plenty of public transport near by ...

Bathroom was filthy, no towels provided, the room smelled badly.

For the price it was a good location just a few bus stops from the metro and less than 30 min to the center of Paris. They did not clean our room or even empty the trash during our stay of 8 days ( I don't expect clean linens every day and beds made but trash removed, floor swept and toilet paper replaced would be nice and is expected.) We had several room changes (that is their response to a problem vs fixing it just move). One room had no sink stopper and was on the 5th floor so smelled like a sewer and instead of putting a new stopper on they gave us deodoriser for the night and then moved us in the morning. That room 1/2 way through the stay the door lock stopped working and instead of fixing and replacing the battery they just let us in for the last 3 days. Not great service but cooking area and fridge. Pillows small (1/2 normal width and flat) but a cheap roof and place to stay and good location.

They don’t do housekeeping not good at all I wouldn’t recommend it

The building is new and the facilities are nice but there are receptionist can not speak English well.

The only good thing of this place is the free parking. As soon as we entered the room, the floor was super sticky, the bathroom was dirty and there was a terrible smell in the room. We went back to the desk and politely said that maybe they had forgotten to clean our room. The cleaning lady came to us, and I pointed out all the dirt in the bathroom, she rubbed her finger over it (I would not have touched that), rolled her eyes and squeeked her way out of the room (remember, sticky floor). She came back with a spray air fresherner. That was it. To be honest, the area is terrible and far away from the any train station to get to Paris (26 minute walk). I would recommend, spending a little more (that you will spend on transport anyway) and going a little closer...

We stayed here for 3 nights. No room service was provided even after we requested for one. Corridors smell very bad and WiFi signal is very poor.

Bathroom had a smell to it, the floor was sticky, furniture was stained, table nearly felt like it would fall if your put anything on it and there was no airconditioning so had to sleep with the widows open but there was a terrace outside the window that connected to the room next door, so I didn't feel safe while sleeping!
