Friendly staff, many restaurants nearby.

Nice brand new hotel , modern. Secure parking. Easy walk to restaurants. Breakfast was fine more warm food would have been better. Dog friendly yes but why not post the extra fee on the site ?

We are experienced travellers and thought this hotel represented excellent value. We would not hesitate to stay here un the future.

One night stay in Tarbes.Convenient location for the station. Room fine overall, but small issue with electrics in both our initial and then subsequent room on a different floor which meant we had no overheard lighting.

Rooms are exactly as shown on the website. Fantastic breakfast! Air conditioning works well and is a huge relief in the heatwave. Oddly, they only had one iron for the entire hotel and we stayed 5 days and only were given one bar of soap. Hair dryer was weak. Staff is friendly and if you come in and don't see anyone, just check the back door - they are all smoking out there.

Simple accommodation but very comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed. Clean shower. No hand basin in separate toilet but we can forgive that. Kettle and coffee in room(unusual in France). Good television. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good secure parking. Good selection at breakfast. A good selecton if bars and restaurants, plus multi-screen cinema within walking distance. What more could you wish for? We were there as a stopover but would happily have stayed another night or two.

Nice property, well maintained. about 15 minute walk from city centre. Lots of Secure Parking for our car. Only one problem was we could not access the wifi directly through our MacBook we had to use a partnered connection via our iPhone. This was problematic in that the iPhone reception was good but the MacBook.

Nice hotel easy walking distance to the centre of Tarbes, through a beautiful park.

This is a new hotel in an area that's a gentrified former industrial manufacturing zone. As such, a GPS navigator won't find it. Google Maps just barely did, but we located it after 10 minutes of looking. Just be aware of that going it. Great room. Clean, new and crisp. Good lighting and nice big windows. The usual great breakfast and there are good restaurants and a movie theater within a three minute walks. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed for two days and I really liked this place. Definitely would stay again.

Not in city center but very good restaurants are near

GOOD NICE CLEAN PLACE. JUST WHAT I NEEDED WAS WELL SET OUT BUT COULDN'T WORK OUT HOW TO OPERATE AIR CONDITIONER. HAD A WORK TO TRAIN STATION AND ATE AT THE kEBAB SHOP OPPOSITE IT., GRETA VALUE FOR MONEY

Friendly welcome and clean well appointed room. Train line just behind the hotel didn't cause too much disturbance but not the most attractive view! Good breakfast for the money too.

On January 26, 2014, I booked July 22nd and July 23rd at this hotel not long after the Tour de France published its routes for 2014. I knew that Tarbes would fill up on those dates due to the Tour, and I did not want to be forced to find a disgusting dive or sleep in my car. Hotels.com sent me e-mail indicating that my reservation was confirmed, and that all I had to do was show up and enjoy my stay. It didn’t work that way. The attractive young woman at the desk first claimed that she could not find my reservation. Then, when I produced a copy of the message from Hotels.com, my reservation was miraculously found but I was told that there was a problem with “my room” in that it did not have electricity. That bears a bit of emphasis. Only one room in the hotel -- my room -- did not have electricity. Oh, and they were fully booked so they already had made me a reservation at another hotel, the Ibis Budget. Interesting that they already had made me a reservation at the Ibis Budget given that they earlier had denied that I even had a reservation at their hotel. We took the room at the Ibis Budget. We were given “the last available room” at the Ibis Budget. It smelled horribly and the floors were dirty, but we had no choice. It was that or sleep in our car, as Tarbes was just as full as we expected it would be when I reserved these rooms last January.
