We spent 16 days touring France and this was by far the nicest property we stayed at. It is in the suburbs and there is nothing of interest within walking distance. However, the accomodations were very nice. The staff was extremely helpful and the food good. Great place for a sleep.

Clean and comfortable but the extractor fan wasn’t working on arrival.
Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice.
Only small espresso coffee cups in the apartment so it could do with some mugs for English hot tea.

Hotel is fine but needs to be updated. Bathroom presents oxidation in faucets and tub. Tiles need to be regrouted.

Basic, clean room and some helpful reception staff. No wifi throughout stay and no prewarning of this. Would not have booked without wifi so felt very misled Hotel seems geared up for their Bistro rather than paying guests. No snacks at the poolside, even in plastic cups. Housekeeping staff are too keen to clean rooms with no respect for lie ins or check out times. Incessant knocking. It seemed we were fitting in with staff routines rather than vice versa as the guests.

It was our first time to stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of the location as it was only 1.3 kilometers from our family members house. The grounds and gardens are very well kept and the pool was excellent, also it was quiet and peaceful .

I like this place. It's in a good location, away from the center. The rooms are more like apartments with a kitchen and a refridgerator (full size). The grounds are like someone's back yard, and yes, it has a swimming pool.

Hotel itself is pretty nice. Area is very nice but rooms are already a bit oldish. A big minus is that there is no air conditioning, so I wouldn't recommend this during June-July-August at least. Kitchen comes with only 2 set of plates, forks, spoons, etc. So if you are more than 2 peoples, you might face some issues.

During our trip to France we stayed in about a half dozen different hotels and this was the best. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable and it was just generally a nice property. They also had a washing machine and dryer which really helps when you are on an extended trip. The only downside was that it was a little difficult to find, but once I figured that out we were very happy with this property.

This hotel is very nice! It is within walking distance to restaurants/cafes, the grocery store, boulangerie, pâtisserie, and bus lines. It also has a restaurant. We loved the kitchenette which had a dining table with two chairs and all the utensils we needed for cooking. The pool was clean and well kept and they had laundry facilities. One nice thing to note is that they have cheaper rates in the summer. Since the majority of their business comes from Europeans traveling for Airbus and many Europeans take a month or two off in the summer the hotel is less crowded.
Special Note: Don't miss the marché in the center of Tournefeuille (walking distance from the hotel) on Sundays.

le bâtiment est top l'espace aussi par contre manque de propreté général avec de la poussière au sol poil dans la douche .µ. une demande a été faite sur la résa confirmer par mail mais à l'arrivé cela n'a pas été pris en compte dommage. attention aussi aux nombreux enfants en bas âge qui joue sur le parking à mon avis trop proche des voitures. on a du plusieurs fois faire une réflexion . Dommage les appartements pourraient être top
