Novotel Paris Roissy CDG Convention

Hotel was ok, gets the job done- a place to sleep before your flight. Bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Beds were clean , hotel is large so there could be a trek to your room if you have a lot of bags.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Very arrogant night staff who will tell u anything just to get rid of u from the way. Ac not working in any of the rooms so expect to melt, when asking about the ac they will tell u government does not allow them to use the ac. Avoid if you dont want to stay in a boiling hot room.

Amazing

We stayed here before our flight out of CDG and it was fabulous. For a fee, they let us check in at 09:30 and our baby was able to get a good nap in after a hectic travel schedule! The play area was great for our kids to run in, the staff was so kind and had colouring and puzzles for our kids to take on the flight. We walked to the large shopping mall quite easily which was a nice bonus. The breakfast in the morning had a huge selection and was delicious. Would recommend!

My wife and I have been staying at the NOVOTEL for the last 14 years. I have to say that this was probably our last stay in that place. There are a several reasons why I said that: 1. the bathroom tiles in room 336 were covered with MOLD!!! (black ); I specifically asked for the room in the middle of the floor since the last stay we were at the end of the hallway and guess what ...we got the room at the end of the hotel. (this is a bad joke, since the receptionist looked at the floor plan; the menu in the restaurant was poor ; the breakfast was really bad (comparing to other places) and the parking charges are ridiculous . So I think next time we will consider other place to spend the time by the CDG. The staff was doing its job, but the general impression was very poor (again)

Very nice hotel! Everything was great. Only thing I didn’t care for was the shower. It was a BIG step up into the shower and then a BIG step down to get out.

Front desk staff is rude

Didn't like the cleaners just trying to enter at 9am in the morning when check out wasn't till noon. Very rude.

We were led to believe that was shuttle directly from the airport to the Hotel , and vice versa, but instead the was a train, needing a train ticket which involved big lines, to a bus. This was a grave misrepresentation as much more time was involved, Not a good failure for the hotel.

Frienly and very helpful staff. Great location and proximity to airport and shopping center. Good transportation management and booking procedure at the reception. Room was clean but needs a bit of renovation. Breakfast could have been better. Would /will stay again

Nice hotel for a 1 night stay close to the airport

Very conveniently located near the airport and transportation. Safe and clean, staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from as soon as we walked in the door.

Make sure to tell your driver you are going Novotel convention. Our driver told us to walk and we arrived at Novotel by terminal (wrong location. The hotel is absolutely fine for the purpose, nice room, nice bar, swimming pool, gym. We loved the breakfast, great selection of food for every taste. Definitely, will choose them to stay again.

It was just an overnight stay so I don't have an opinion on the facilities and property. We had dinner in the restaurant and the staff were extremely friendly.

Safe place

Rooms was cramped Iron board next to reception. We were requested to come with clothes to iron in lobby. I checked that twice and was surprised Hair dryer was broken looks like it was invented long back.

We stayed there at our last night in Paris to be close to the airport. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The parking was very convenient. The restaurant saved us and we did not have to find somewhere else.
