Novotel Paris Roissy CDG Convention

I arrived at noon. Their restaurant was not open on Saturday. They advertised a shuttle service.i could not locate Te it. The breakfast was had little fresh fruit, eggs were tasteless. Service people did not seem to care about the needs of guests.

We spent one night here ahead of travelling back home to Canada. We enjoyed the short walk to Roissy-en-France, where we had a great meal. We also tried the hotel restaurant, where we really enjoyed the power bowl. The pool was great fun for our children. Loved the eco-friendly touches throughout the hotel.

We have been using this hotel as the night before our flight to Canada for some time - like before covid. The staff are still friendly, the food good, but. They now have small shuttle busses for getting to the airport. Despite what the listing says, they do NOT run from 5 AM until PM. they do NOT run between 12:00 and 17:00. If you have a rental car and you arrive before 17:00 and you want to drop the car at the airport, I'm not sure that is the best idea - getting back to the hotel from the airport between 12:00 and 17:00 is problematic: zero taxis want a fare from the airport to Roissy en france. Figuring out a bus ride is not trivial. If i stay here again, i will keep the car until the next morning, pay to park at the hotel and drive myself over. Another issue: the first shuttle is at 5:00, breakfast does not open until 6:00, so if you need to leave before 6:00, make sure you don't pay for breakfast in the room. You really need, in my opinion, to look at your schedule and make sure it fits what is available.

I booked this hotel because it says it was close to the airport and there was an option of a shuttle. However, 1) shuttle wasnt for free and 2) which is even worst beeen 12 and 5 theres no service! This is not convenient at all. Restaurant is also open at specific hours and no room service is available. Our option was a salad from a machine and there was only one left when we arrived. I will nevee stay here again as I think there are other options with amenities working and an available shuttle.

A really lovely hotel, pool great, food wonderful and staff very nice and helpful.

The room was not clean Bed was broken Hotel was extremely nosy Shower was blocked Despite telling the staff 3 times nothing was done about it Breakfast was awful and very limited and not nice talk Staff were not exactly friendly either! Do t think I would go there again or recommend to anyone!

Gym

Our room was dusty smelling and so stuffy when we arrived. It was relatively clean but looked way more dated than the pictures had looked. Not bad condition considering the age. There was no water for drinking in the room and the only option was to buy small expensive water bottles in the lobby. At just after 8am the cleaning lady walked in to our room without knocking while my husband was in the washroom. Breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were nice. There were 2 conventions going on which made it hard getting through the lobby with bags but that’s not the hotels fault. The shuttle got us to the airport and that was the reason we picked it although for the 10 euro plus tip we likely could have just caught a cab. All in all the place needs an update but was fine for our one night stay

The room was spotless and cosy, a welcome sight after a long flight. Access was convenient, only the swimming pool / spa area was a bit underwhelming.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport with plenty options for transportation between hotel and airport.

Front desk got us a room as soon as he could! Very thoughtful and made our stay more relaxing after a long flight

The first room I was given smell on cigarettes and I was given the new room, but both the new and the previous room were dirty and the furniture was old, with scratches. The bed is not a regular bed, but a sofa with a mattress on top. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again and I’d never give it 4 stars. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant were kind and helpful.
