The Aircon wasn't working and the mirror in the toilet was chipped, I wanted a late check out and they charged for it..

The room I got was old, the carpet was stained, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows un usable. the room had a distinct smell that never left and I was never adviced, before making the reservation, of the major work been done to the hotel during my stay

The best thing about this hotel is the staff reception and restaurant staff are excellent. They are friendly and helpful. The one person I would single out is Guillame at reception. he was extremely helpful in helping with my issues with the room. I had changed rooms during both of my stays in the past 10 days because of the dirty carpet the first time and construction workers working directly above me the second. The carpets in the two rooms I was had really dirty carpets (maybe because of their age) and the bath tubes had mould around the edges. I acknowledge that the hotel is trying to do some renovation so maybe it will be better in the future for other guests.

I stayed in this hotel twice during this week's visit to Toulouse. I will stay here again if I come to Toulouse again.

We really like this hotel, it's in walking distance to important attractions. Hotel is very clean and nice. I had some sort of medical emergency and the front desk clerk Lorys was super helpful and caring. Help us find the right person to temporarily relive the symptom and later find a doctor nearby, be our interpreter in our communication due to we can't speak French, check on us periodically to see if we need any other help. I am so thankful that I stayed in Pullman hotel and had such a nice front desk personal to help me going through a difficult time. I will definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay in this hotel too.

Hotel location facilities and internal condition were very good. The building was however scaffolded and the builders started work at around 10am causing noise and dirt. Fortunately we left the building at around that time so for us there was no great inconvenience.

Amazing hotel, the location is excellent right in the heart of Toulouse. Room was spacious and spotless. All of the hotel staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. Cocktails in the hotel bar were lovely and would recommend the breakfast which is plentiful with great choice. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re thinking of staying in Toulouse.

Staff got an average rating due to 2 conflicting ratings. The front desk check in and receptionist was excellent. In contrast the restaurant staff was quite poor. There was no one in the restaurant and when we sat down and started to order food, we were told we were not in the restaurant seating and had to move 15 feet over to a different table in a large empty room to qualify to order dinner. This was all while the staff was not very friendly. They charged high prices for what is probably the worst food in all my travelling. They must have had prepared meals in the back that they pawned off as freshly prepared. After telling us, two of the few dishes were no longer available, my daughter ordered one of the alternative entrées and was told they just sold the last one. We all had to order the same chicken dish, which had chicken breast, which literally was chicken paste due to how it was prepared or cooked it. It was inedible. Facilities were pretty good.
