위치가 시내에서 약간 떨어져있어서 40분정도 걸어가야함 서비스, 위생 대체로 좋음

기차역은 걸어서 5분 시내는 걸어서 10분 정도에 들어갈 수 있어 위치가 좋은 편입니다. 직원들이 친절해서 인상이 좋았습니다. 조식뷔페가 종류는 많지 않으나, 글루텐 프리 쿠키, 마들렌 등을 제공하는 것이 인상적이었습니다. 다만, 거리가 스페인 람블라스 거리와 같이 중앙 공원 조성 공사를 하고 있어서 차를 이용하거나 걸어다니기 다소 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 또한 내부인터리어 등이 다소 오래된 부분이 있어서 보안이 필요할 것으로 보입니다.

할인기회에 이렇게 좋은 호텔을 좋은 가격에 이용할수 있어서 좋았습니다

Great hotel not too far from the train station. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. A+

The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and the bathroom was clean and well equipped with amenities. We also appreciated the overall atmosphere and service. However, the room itself was not exactly what we expected. Since it did not have a window, it felt a bit humid at times, and the bathtub was quite high, which made it slightly uncomfortable for us to use. Aside from that, we still enjoyed parts of our stay and appreciate the hospitality.

À notre arrivée le soir nous trouvons un reste de matière fécale sur les toilettes. Nous le signalons à l’accueil au réveil le lendemain. À notre retour en chambre le soir après notre journée à Toulouse un mot d’excuse dans la chambre mais la souillure toujours présente. J’ai rappelé l’accueil qui a envoyé quelqu’un nettoyer enfin. Le lendemain au Check out (2 nuits donc) seul geste commercial possible : une nuit sur deux de parking offerte. C’est après lourde insistance que les deux nuits nous seront offertes. Pour un séjour à 400€ c’est difficilement compréhensible et pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. Ce n’est pas la faute du personnel d’accueil bien sur

While I found the room adequate (was large with two full sized beds), and location was fine, I was rather annoyed with a couple aspects of the hotel. First off the tub was dangerous. It needs a safety bar. The tub is about 23" heigh, rather risky to just hop into. Second is the windows are odd and I think the staff can open them but not the hotel guests. Third we had the cleaning crew leave our door open. Excuse me, I know you are on the same floor but literally any vagabond could have stolen our luggage or items. Yes it has a key code to get up to the hotel floors but that is fairly easy to bypass by just riding up with someone. Third, the lobby smells like sewage. It smelt like this everyday and we stayed there for three days. You can be outside enjoying your time then you walk in and are smacked by sewer poo odor which is really strong and overwhelming. Beds -10/10 very comfortable Pillow 8/10 Room 9/10 Cleaning services 2/10 since they didn't lock my door! Parking underground 9/10 Lobby area 1/10 due to nasty smell. The surrounding area is a little unsafe at night (so just be careful). Location is good as it's walking distance to the old city and train station. Please fix the lobby stench and make sure cleaning crews lock the door. Thank you. Maybe warn people the entry to the tub is 2 feet high so they can book something safer.

Go for the breakfast. That is all. Just sensational. The First Name branding is cute and quirky with lots of cute details. Somewhat strangely they missed the olfactory branding with the lobby and common areas having a distinct eau de toilet aroma which detracted from the overall experience, especially after such an amazing breakfast.

New hotel with clean rooms and clean common areas. Very friendly staff. Excellent property!

Pretty good hotel, a little far out of the main area to visit. I would look at some other options more towards the center of town if I was being touristy. For a business hotel, this is great.

Nous n’avons pas utilisé le parking ( sans doute trop cher ). Excellent accueil. Dîner au restaurant parfait en particulier le menu enfant. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Literie parfaite. Seul bémol : la salle de bain en chambre familiale. La baignoire d’accès difficile ( je suis grand mère)et glissante ( pour un enfant ) . La robinetterie est un peu bizarre…
