Worst stay ever, staff not very welcoming. Breakfast very very limited and over priced. Definitely not a 4 star rating. Would give it 1 star at most. Never staying there again. Bed and pillow not comfortable or clean.

A business trip with two colleagues led us here. I had high hopes from the reviews but upon arrival to my room, I was very disappointed. All three of us had the same issue of a musty odor perfumed with a room freshener. We all noticed a good amount of mold in and around the showers. In my case, the soap dispenser had been removed from the wall leaving a metal bracket but no soap. Maybe the funniest issue was that the door to the toilet scraped against the toilet seat. Meaning, if you open the door, it will run into your legs unless you squeeze into the corner. Bizarre.
All of this would be perhaps expected from a modest one-star property, but given this is a 4-star resort, it was shocking and incredibly disappointing.

En arrivant à 1h30 du matin, je devais avoir une chambre au calme (confirmé par mail par l’établissement) je me suis retrouvé contre l’escalier en bois au 1er étage donc avec tout le passage dès 6h du matin. Très fatigué

Personnel accueillant, si chambres doubles, c'est agréable d'avoir un balcon. Nous avons bien mangé au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant, mais pour un 3 étoiles.
Par contre, pour un 4 étoiles avec piscine, il y a de la moisissure dans les casiers, l'eau de la piscine est froide, l'état des chambres est médiocre (moisissure, peinture vétuste).
Je ne reviendrai pas, je préfère essayer un autre hôtel.

Très bien sous tous points de vue. Un seul bémol : la disponibilité aléatoire du restaurant, surtout quand on vient de loin. Pas forcément envie de reprendre l'auto pour trouver un restau, alors que l'hôtel est très isolé !

Bon séjour mais il y avait des moisissures au niveau du plafond de la chambre et de la douche. Il faut vraiment que l'hygiène soit irréprochable quelque soit le style d'hôtel. C'est dommage.
