It’s centrally located but other then that hotel rooms are pretty basic

terrible smell on every floor. Old carpet smell. How this Hotel can be rated 4-5 Stars?! Staff is very friendly, they can do nothing about this smell.

The hotel Christmas food stalls and outdoor experience was festive. Central location to the Christmas markets makes it worth the higher cost.

Rooms are not clean, and needed renovation 15yrs ago. Not even close to a five star.

The hotel was in a great spot, with parking and close to Christmas Markets

The location in the old town is great for walking, however the streets are closed during the Christmas markets so we had to wheel our luggage a few blocks to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The propery is a bit run down and in need of refurbishment. Our bathroom sink was cracked, the vanity had a gash in it, the carpet was worn and the towels were a bit dingy and scratchy. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Hotel has an excellent location with an easily accessible parking lot in front of it. Walking to most attractions is less than twenty minutes.

The property is outdated and not a four-star hotel as advertised. Everything else was good.

Everything was good Just some communication problems Almost impossible to get hold of the concierge Ask Hotel for assistance to get a transportation from the airport to the hotel, there was some communication issues and multiple phone calls were ignored and non-answered and not returned back. They still charge me overhunted euros for Driver service. I never used. Now I have to fight to get that money back. Too much hassle for nothing Hotel was great. Food was great. Staff was incredible however one of the concierge who was scheduling the transportation was not so good. First time the hotel tells me to bad, but you are gonna pay for something you don’t use

Terribly tiny room

Room was very comfortable and hotel well located. Food in hotel restaurant (both buffet breakfast and dinner) was excellent as was the service. The only thing that should be changed is the carpeting in the room — it was looking its age and should be replaced with flooring that is easier to clean.

The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and hospitable. The hotel itself needed lots of updating. Rooms weren’t really that nice

This is a wonderful hotel! This was our second time staying at this property. The staff is exceptional! They went above and beyond at checkout to get us to our departure bus at the train station so we would not miss out flight. I cannot thank them enough. Wonderful service! Would stay here again and again!
