Sky Tower Hotel

Definitely did not feel not a 5* hotel, more around a 3.5*. Staff were helpful enough even though they seemed little bored half the time. The room, while good size and comfortable beds, always had a terrible smell, which came from the bathroom; which, also while also being decent size, felt like many times, you needed wear a gas mask to use, as the smell was ofter unbearable, coming from the vent above. Also, only paper cups , no glassware or china, come on now!....As some have mentioned, you can at night hear the sounds from the nightclub below until around 2-3am, so if you are a very early/light sleeper, might be a problem..otherwise its not too big of a deal. Best thing about this hotel, is the location, close to the boulevard and beach, variety of shops & dining options within walking distance & very easy to access the rest of city from there.

Overall it's a 2.5 or 3 star hotel average hotel. Staff and service are average. I had the executive room, top floor, and the room was super big and comfortable. Rooms and hotel are dated. The hotel definitely needs a good renovation. Staff, service and breakfast definitely need a good improvement. I wouldn't pay to have breakfast there. Everything is working as a standard ordinary hotel should be. Price wise, it's still value for money. Location and views on the higher floors over the ocean and city are both nice. Night club downstairs can create a bit of nosy until about 2am every night. I wasn't too bothered with that, but had to wear my noise cancelling airpods to bed every night. 3 best things about this hotel are the gym (huge gym). Nice sunset and ocean view from the room. Very close to the beach. Although restaurants nearby are horrible. Old town offers better food for sure.

Everything was so beautiful. The staff were very helpful, friendly and capable of creating solutions. The rooms were warm, clean and comfortable. I couldn't see anything to criticize. Thank you so much for everything.👍👌😎

Worst hotel experience for many years. No room service. Slow response. Abysmal breakfast. Gym is mostly missing/broken, rooms are moldy and dirty, no room service even after 1 week! Very noisy nightclub playing music until 4am even during the week. This is a 1* hotel.

The property is very run down. Stained carpets and smell. The breakfast is not good with very few options. However, the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful when we needed to extend our parking.

They have barely made an effort with their breakfast spread and that needs to be sorted as soon as possible. The furniture in the rooms is in a rickety, sorry state. That being said the views are stunning, cleaning, maintenance and waiting staff helpful and club quite happening for those in Batumi that want to sample its nightlife. Restaurant at the rooftop is closed which they have not stated to guests explicitly prior to booking.

This was my second stay in this hotel, and I can say this hotel stands out among many similar. Also, to be honest, reason for choosing this hotel now was because I remember they served Turkish style breakfast where even I found something to eat. I wanted to compare it to Wyndham Batumi where I had extremely negative experience. This time, breakfast was part Turkish style, part continental, and it was plentiful and prepared with care, full serviced despite hotel being scarcely booked. Very nice experience. Other things I can say about this hotel is that staff is excellent, cordial, efficient and dependable, to be an example to some other, more publicized hotels. Room was nice, comfortable and quiet with nice view. only thing I could say about room is that it was too dark even with all lights on, and there was not light on working desk, so working in late during night was a problem and I had to use my flashlight, something I have encountered in many higher level hotels. It seems that they try to achieve level of intimacy by reducing light, but in reality this is very inconvenient and I urge hotel management to do something on that issue. I will gladly stay in this hotel again, but I will first inquire about desk lamp, and if there is none, I will not stay again. But all in all I can recommend this hotel fully and also I can recommend restaurant, the food was delicious.

Great staff although the lobby cafe charged me 10 lari for expresso

The hotel staff is so disrespectful, rude & not helpful especially the ones at the reception (except for Lana, Lana was the only professional one).
