Great location, friendly staff, tasty breakfast with many options, clean, spacious rooms. We would definitely stay here again. The family room was only really big enough for 2 people so we booked a second room for 2 of the 4 people in our party. The breakfast on the weekends didn’t start til 7:30, which wasn’t great because we were jet lagged and not on local time yet, but apparently no one in Berlin gets up early on the weekends. The Adina hotels in other cities are also good, but not as good as this one. In-room laundry and kitchenette were awesome.

Only positive is its proximity to the Berlin Hauptbahnhof and tram stop plus the 1 bedroom has its own washer and dryer. Otherwise , it’s rundown with really dirty carpets ( smells as well) . So far different from the Adina in Munich. Needs significant refurbishing. Please . There’s better options.

Very nice hotel. Very clean Superior staff that were very helpful. Breakfast is interesting, but I believe that has to do with being in Europe might not be worth what we paid in addition.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Well-located for typical tourist activities, but not super congested traffic. Close to the train station and public transit. We took the train in and out of Berlin, walked everywhere else. (One day I had 40,000 steps). I would definitely go back to Berlin and specifically this hotel. After visiting Nürnberg, München, Stuttgart, Berlin was my favorite. The number of historical and historic places, the healthy, youthful vibe of the people.
I thought it was a little hilarious how crowded the “mall” was from an American perspective. A mall was the last place we wanted to go, but it was convenient to purchase an electrical adapter (once we found Media Markt).

A down side was the pool was a little chilly and then was closed for a portion of our stay. The hotel also allows smoking on balconies. So, this can make the room quite unpleasant for non-smokers.
The kitchen and full laundry was much appreciated! The location is also amazing if you plan on using the trains or trams.

Large spacious one bedroom apartment, well equipped kitchen. No sofabed so only sleeps two. We found Silverfish insects in the bed. The safe did not work and they never fixed it after we asked. More a 3 star than a 4 star property. Ten minute walk to Berlin HBF.

Bathroom was up to date as well as kitchen. washer dryer was odd had to manually change bw wash rinse and spin. Carpets sofa and cushions need update — made room look feel very dingy. BUT … staff was wonderful very helpful and efficient !
