Excellent location! Breakfast had no traditional sausages for breakfast.. no daily towel change and no bed sheet change ! Let the hotel down !

Everything works and is efficient but felt a little “soulless” and unwelcoming.

Location is very good.

The location is great, it's clean and rooms are decent size. However, the AC didn't work and the staff made no attempt at fixing it, said we should open the windows. The tub is old and worn down and the hair dryer is also old and not very useful showing poor maintenance.

Liked the large windows and the large room. Breakfast was good. However it was hot in Berlin and we had chosen the hotel because it had airconditioning (AC). The AC in the whole hotel was broken so our room was uncomfortable and noisy when the windows were open. We were not told about the AC when we booked in or we wouldnt have stayed. It was not fixed during our stay.

Great apartment room on the 6th floor. Friendly helpful staff. Good range of continental breakfast options. Comfy bed. Quiet air con. Brilliant location for cafe's and restaurants. Easy tram ride or walk to see the sights.

Bathroom - another grab rail needed in bath/shower. Sink plug not working properly. Kettle - faulty on/off switch. Room - reasonable size, light and clean, but poor outlook. Breakfast area very crowded with limited seating - food fine.

Great location. Comfy beds. Breakfast was decent, but the food was put out very slowly and cutlery was hard to find. Also one coffee machine is not enough. Teabags also weren't replaced.

Super location as train right there but also walkable to many sights. Twin room clean but very small with minimum extras except small kettle and a couple of teabags. Would stay there again because of location and value for money.

It's a great little hotel on a fantastic street. Shopping, sites, the river, everything are all walkable. Plus the trams and buses are super convenient. Close to museum island, government buildings, the river, Humboldt, and more.

Originally I booked a room with a bathtub as depicted in the pictures, but I ended up a room without it and instead with accessibility (although I do not have accessibility issues). That was understandable anyhow. However, right after I checked in, I realised that I could not use wifi with my cell phone. I reported this issue to the receptionist, and I was told that they knew the issue: it was selectively happening to some phones, unfortunately. This means that they had already recognised the problem, and so I expected from them some alternative ways to use wifi (such as a voucher that allows me to use other wifi carriers). But I was told nothing about it until the next morning, so I made a hot claim about it because wifi was included in the service that I was supposed to get from the hotel during my stay. After this claim, in the evening that day, they offered two compensation choices. I think I got the choices only because I claimed the wifi issue; otherwise, I may have gotten nothing but no wifi during such a short trip for two nights. Wasn't it better that they notified this wifi issue beforehand and provided me with some alternative options? I am still not satisfied with how they handled this matter during my stay.

Excellent hotel in the best location in Berlin Mitte. No need for car. Clean, modern, stylish and very comfortable room, free water bottle and all toiletries you may need, very friendly and easy going personnel.

Excellent location. Although located on a busy road, rooms are adequately soundproofed. Fridge in room is a big bonus for us. Plenty of choices of international restaurants around. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.
