Friendly staff, very helpful front-desk team, and an excellent breakfast. Multiple electric car and bike charging ports with easy access to local and regional trains, as well as bike paths. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay in Leipzig or as a stopover point. Family friendly, but also good for solo and business trips with multiple meeting rooms available. Special thanks to the manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot to get) for her help in resolving an important special request.

A short 2 night stay, the room was very spacious with 2 large single beds, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge. The buffet breakfast was very nice plenty of choice with hot and cold options. The restaurant meals were very nice, very tasty and well cooked and not overpriced. There was a small supermarket nearby but other than this there wasn’t a lot of other shops, cafes or restaurants nearby

Hard to understand how this could be a Best Western property. The hotel and room smelled bad due to moisture and the fact that there was no AC in the room or the lobby area. It was hot and pretty much unbearable. There were also no ice machines and no fridge in the room.

The hotel was secluded (quiet), had ample parking, and was very nice inside. The room that we obtained was very spacious and clean. The minibar has a lot of refreshments and variety. The breakfast buffet was plentiful in a nice dining area.

The lobby and restaurant area looks good, and breakfast as well but... at least my room is pretty old looking and smells terrible

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel which was of a high standard. The room was large with a comfy bed. The only down fall was that there was no air conditioning in our room, which would have made our stay perfect.

The room was very dated and looked nothing like the puctures shown . We had Issues with the internet, and the phone in the room didn’t work. We couldn’t sleep till the early hours of the morning because there was an event downstairs the night we stayed and it was quite noisy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is located close to a tram line that takes about 20 minutes to get to the city.
The restaurant had very good food but the service was very slow and one staff member was particularly rude. He was not a regular waiter or bar staff but appeared to be a manager.

Good: 1) the staff were friendly & helpful. They replied patiently about my questions where to get to the city, super market nearby, bus stops, bus scedules. 2) Breakfast: many & good choices, didn't expect than I thought. Staff: good service, one staff even remember what beverage I ordered the next day; I didn't tell her and she served me a cup of cappuccino on my table. 3) Quite: I stayed at the highest floor (5th/F). Bad: 1) the pillow was too soft, my back neck was uncomfortable during sleeping. I need a hard pillow. 2) Distance: It took 25 minutes from the hotel to the city/main train station. There was a a big supermarket & kind of a small shopping malls nearby (5 minutes walk).

Our room was clean and contained everything that we needed. We ate in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. The server spoke basic English. He was incredibly friendly and smiled a lot. The food was very good.Breakfast was also very good. There was a very good variety of foods, hot and cold. The wait staff was helpful and professional.
