Excellent breakfast and service. This place has lots of good swimming, spa, gym amenities. Very nice location/grounds. Rooms/bathrooms are dated and somewhat cramped in some cases, but hotel is generally very well maintained. Renovations underway. Lots of options for dining / drinks at hotel.

Very nice outdoorpool, comfortable rooms with minibar included, various options for breakfast, also vegan ones. Servicepersonal highly motivated. But nearby the indoor pool there are two less sunbeds and the quiet rooms offers only place for five people.

Es sind “Corona-Zeiten” - trotzdem waren wir enttäuscht. War schon mehrmals dort und immer begeistert. Das Zimmer war OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Der Teppichboden hat weitaus bessere/hygienischere Zeiten hinter sich, und im Einbau-Schrank war ein großes Loch in der Decke, aus dem konstant Sägespäne o.ä. auf die Klamotten gerieselt sind. Zudem Stör-Geräusche durch vermutliche Bauarbeiten am Samstag morgen gegen 08:00. Das ehemals ausladende Frühstück ist aufgrund der Corona-Beschränkungen nicht mehr annähernd mit früher zu vergleichen; der Wellness-Bereich (früher ein Highlight!) fast komplett gesperrt - alles OK; dafür kann das Hotel nicht wirklich was. Aber dann sollte der Preis/Nacht (305€) auch halbwegs im Verhältnis stehen; und das tat es nicht. Einem zum wiederholten Male kommenden Gast hätte man angesichts diverser momentanen Einschränkungen durchaus auch ein Upgrade in die nächsthöhere Zimmer-Kategorie anbieten können. Zudem war es früher in der Buchung mit inbegriffen, den Pool-/SPA-Bereich auch nach dem Check-Out noch tagsüber nutzen zu dürfen - dies wurde wohl (unabhängig von Corona) bereits letztes Jahr abgeschafft. Immer noch ein im Gesamten schönes Hotel - aber leider seinen doch sehr “exklusiven” Preis nicht mehr wert...

Solid old fashioned Kur hotel on the outskirts of attractive small town with friendly happy staff waiting to welcome you! Comfortable bedrooms & lounge area ... lots of outside seating areas, excellent restaurants especially the French one & a wonderful buffet breakfast ! There are good facilities, a huge swimming pool & spa treatments galore ! Opposite is a beautiful park for relaxing walks.. rain or shine. A really good hotel !

Sehr nettes und fleißiges Personal - sehr zuvorkommender Empfang. Es ist ein total gemütliches Hotel mit wirklich tollem Service. An meinem Geburtstag wurde mir sogar ein Kuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht - sehr aufmerksam. Massagen usw. sollte man vorab buchen - vor Ort am Wochenende meistens komplett ausgebucht. Die Sauna und der Ruhe Bereich sind auch sehr sauber und schön. Gegessen haben wir nicht im Hotel, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Bar in der Lobby abends ist klasse und auch die Qualität und Zubereitung der Getränke sind top. Am Outdoorpool hat man die Möglichkeit über einen QR-Code Getränke zu bestellen die einem dann gebracht werden - auch sehr positiv aufgefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir tolle 2 Tage und Waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder vorbei schauen.
