Absolutely fantastic hotel with a wonderful breakfast.

All in all a good place to stay, quiet, clean, freindly, helpful, welcoming staff. Rooms (we had two 'Privilege' rooms, well appointed andsoundproof

Great location, short drive to motorway, plenty of food choices around and in hotel. Stayed with our baby and they were welcoming on arrival and we got a big room with plenty of space for a pram and cot.

Very nice spacious room

Stayed here for one night for a flying visit to Hannover. The room was very comfortable with a nice modern ensuite and good air conditioning. Nice and clean in the room and the public spaces that we saw (we didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that). The location was very convenient with a U-bahn stop right outside the hotel that got us into the city centre in about 10 or 15 minutes. Very smooth checking in and checking out with friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely return and wouod recommend this as a good place to visit Hannover from.

We received outstanding customer service, particularly from the manager who was working double shifts. He began the days with breakfast service and was still there when we returned late in the evening. All smiles - and a fantastic attitude.

Friendly staff as always. For us perfect as close to our meetings during the day. However never get the internet working in this Hotel though. No matter 5 G is also available.

The hotel room was decent. Felt a little outdated. We did not like that the windows could not be opened (it got a little too warm at night to sleep), the pillows were way too soft and the shower curtain was black making the shower area in the tub pretty dark as the only light in the bathroom was over the sink. And by the way the soap dispenser at the sink was empty so there was no soap for washing hands. We also found the WiFi in the room a little weak. If you wanted to park in the hotel’s garage it costs 9.50€ per day but you could park for free on the streets. The hotel is a little distance from the city center and main attractions but there is a train station right outside and is otherwise a peaceful rest place for the night.

Perfect location for event we were attending and public transport. Great staff and service.

No water in room which is disappointing, also there is no room service. Room ok otherwise.

Arrived late and had to leave early - but reception still staffed, friendly and efficient. Room was fine, clean - breakfast usual fare but good selection

There was a big misunderstanding if breakfast included or not because I trusted the price that is included. I want to claim back 64 Euro for bad leading consumers.

Nice stop over on the trip back from Poland. Clean hotel, restaurant looked very nice. Nice rooms and easy to find and park.

Ok hotel Lobby not amazing but overall its an ok Hotel

Nice hotel ,but needs tea and coffee facilities in every room ,nice breakfast, good transport links ,enjoyed our stay.
