Holiday Inn Express MUNICH NORTH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Overall this hotel is good and comfortable, only around the hotel it is a bit difficult to find food, the most unpleasant thing is I made a purchase through Traveloka a long time ago in early April and I checked in on May 21st, the result was a dud, I couldn't check in because Traveloka had not paid the hotel and at that time the time at the hotel location was already 22.00 at night and in Indonesia it was still 03.00 in the morning, I was forced to check in with my own funds and the price was much more expensive than my initial booking on the app, only the next day I complained to Traveloka by phone with such difficulty that I had to visit the Traveloka office in Jakarta on May 27th, from here Traveloka should have known all their mistakes without me having to come to their office first. And in the end my loss was replaced by Traveloka. What I take from this experience is that we must double-check for our certainty even though we have made a hotel purchase through a travel agent but make sure again so that things like what I experienced do not happen, thank you.
