They need to publish directions as to how to drive to their hotel. We had a GPS (NAVI) but reached a dead end street at the tram tracks. About an half hour later we found on-street parking and walked to the entrance. Hotel receptionist directed us to their parking area. WONDERFUL room, food, WAITER, and breakfast! We will return and try to remember directions to the parking area.

Somehow I missed the driving directions to approach the hotel, and a "trial and error" method took quite awhile due to the streetcar-blocked routes that surround the hotel. Their website shows this but for some reason I failed to print the map. A bigger caution note maybe good.

over night stop on way from Munich to visit a facility in the area. The address is a restricted road so if driving out Weststrasse in the sat nav and then follow the signs for the hotel as this will ead you to the rear of the hotel and the car park. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good.

Spacious and clean hotel. Room was quite a good size with more than 1 chair to sit in. Breakfast was fine, what you would expect for a hotel of this class. Car park a little difficult to find but no problem once you know where to go.

Ein an sich ganz nettes Hotel. Man merkt aber das es bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Verschiedene Einrichtungsstile. Ist eine Geschmacksfrage muss jeder selber wissen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer fürs schlafen gut und die Betten bequem.

Wir waren in einem Kurzurlaub in Plauen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen gut. Für unser Baby war ein Babybett bereitgestellt, allerdings war das Hotel an vielen Stellen nicht barrierefrei. Wir mussten den Kinderwagen über einzelne Stufen tragen und eine Rampe gab es nur am Hintereingang, der aus Sicherheitsgründen nur von innen aufging. Wir mussten also häufig warten, bis mal jemand vorbei kam, um uns aufzumachen. In den Spielraum für Kinder haben wir nur einen kurzen Blick geworfen, der unaufgeräumt, klein und fensterlos war. Zum Glück mussten wir ihn nicht nutzen. Trotz allem war das Hotel sehr schön und vor allem das Foyer sehr einladend. Vor der Tür gibt es eine große Einkaufsmeile, die den Lärm der Straßenbahn vergessen lässt.

Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit- Top! Innenstadtlage und Anbindung öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut. Die Zimmer-/ Badausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hält leider nicht den Standard, der man angesichts des Foyers/ Eingangsbereich erwartet - tw. müffelt es etwas bzw. Ist unpraktisch ( in einem 3 Bettzimmer nur einen 1m Schrank mit 4 Bügeln/ keine Zusätzlichen möglich. Zugang zum Bad mit Stolperstufe- bitte hier unbedingt für eine Lichtquelle oder Leuchtstreifen sorgen. Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl und Abwechslung vertragen.

Sehr laut und sehr warm. Die Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt und der Chef steht meistens mitten im Weg, so dassman das ganze Gelände von der anderen Seite umfahren muss.

Wenn man den glanzvollen Empfangsbereich betritt, ist man erst einmal überwältigt. Man fragt sich: ist das echt, oder macht man einem hier etwas vor? Es entspricht dem Stil des Hauses. Angenehm möblierte Zimmer. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, was den Standartbereich betrifft. Der Hausmeister hat das schlecht abfließende Waschbecken drei Tage lang nicht hingekriegt.
