The staff are lovely and really helpful. Really helped us with language barriers so that we could get a taxi. The rooms are perfect and you really couldn't be any closer to Europa Park. If your planning a trip then stay here.....

Convenient hotel for Europa park visit.

We enjoyed professional and friendly service. The quality of breakfast was great and the rooms were equally nice. The location was also perfect. The only detraction to an excellent stay was the excessive safeguards over Coronavirus fears. Getting breakfast with plastic gloves was over-the-top.

Staff friendly !! Hotel very clean ... very satisfied but no parking place very difficult!!!

The room was good in size and with good beds but the temperatur was to high. We could not sleep because it was so warm and nor open the window because of the street noice and the clock ringing every half hour.

We received an email the day I was supposed to check-in stating that I would not be allowed to check-in until the next morning, since I had not made special arrangements. Unknown to me at the time, the hotel policy is for customers to check in person between 8am and 11am. We were traveling and did not planned to arrive in town until late afternoon to check-in and did not have access to emails until mid afternoon when I saw the email sent by the hotel. I called the hotel contact number over and over and never got anybody to answer the phone and sent an email, also without response. There was nobody at the hotel, nobody to answer the phone and left without a room that was already paid for. We found ourselves driving an hour distance to find the nearest available room. When I showed up the next morning to explain my situation, the receptionist showed absolutely no empathy, was completely rude and stated that it was my problem that I didn’t show-up between the hours 8am and 11 am on the previous day. She simply kept stating that there was nothing she could do to help me. I’m sorry, but there’s always something you can to to help the customer, if nothing else than a apology for the inconvenience, which she did not even do. However she was happy to take my money for no service rendered. In addition the room did not appropriate curtains. The thin completely see true material allowed the backyard light to reflect directly in the room and to lake thing’s worst, there was no hot water

Nice hotel but horrible service. It is a shame that the owner of the hotel, who also runs it, doesn’t understand that treating clients like someone who is not welcome is counterbalancing the good facilities. The saga started even before we arrived as the lady said to arrive before 6pm else to cancel reservation. When we arrived at 5pm, we had to wait for her and we were told off for arriving too early. Breakfast was the ‘surprise’ of the trip when she literally told us we cant have breakfast, as it was too late (we arrived at 10.20am and she had told us the night before that breakfast is 9-11.30am). While all the food was there, people eating, she refused to let us have breakfast. She took our bags to throw them in the street and told us to leave. We have expedia involved to get refund. So if you want to ruin your holiday, stay in this hotel. Else, avoid it with all costs. It should not even be listed because of the owner’s attitude towards her clients! I’ve never seen such bad treatment in my life!

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean, friendly helpful lady owner. Perfect location for Europapark entrance just 4/5 minutes walk away. Would have given 5 for comfort if it had tea and coffee making facilities in the room but all round excellent stay.

Great friendly hotel walking distance to Europa Park. Our family of 5 stayed on the top floor of the building. Room was big and clean with a nice bathroom. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. No AC but the windows gave great breeze.

Arrivée tardive très facile , chambre propre et Spacieuse mais malheureusement des travaux devant l'hotel ont rendu le sejour bruyant. l'emplacement est top pour les voyageurs qui vont à Europa Park ( 5 min à pieds ) l'option " developement durable " (limiter le ménage et ne le faire que si les personnes le demandent ) n'a pas été respectée (nous ne voulions rien mais nos serviettes ont quand même été changées)

Le personnel ne parle pas français Pas de parking à l'hôtel Chambre au bord de la route, trop de bruit

Frühstück war super ,man konnte gut schlafen. Es war sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Anlage. Kommen gerne wieder. Eigenes kleines Parkhaus war Top.

Hôtel pratique à proximité d’Europa Park. Chambre confortable et propre. Mauvaise isolation. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site, pas de parking, mais ticket gratuit pour le parking d’Europapak. Buffet petit-déjeuner correct. Personnel sympathique

(Bei Rust/EP zwischen 8-11 ckeckin - nicht ideal.). - Ankunft Fr.16:15 / Haus geschlossen, keiner hier. Tel. Hotel Arndt - niemand nimmt ab. Hotels.com app: Nachrichten geschrieben. Soll typischerweise nach 1h geantwortet werden (per Mail). Nie eine Antwort erhalten. - Nach 1h Tel. mit Hotel: Ob wir das Mail nicht erhalten haben?(nein). Sie kann uns nicht helfen / kann uns keinen Schlüsslsafe Express-Check-in Code geben. Wir sollen bei Hotels.com anrufen. - Hotels.com: Tel: Agent denkt sollten ein Mail haben (nein), Prüft mit Eigentümer/Fachabteilung (35min am warten). Gemäss Hotels.com mit Eigentümer gesprochen, suchen eine Lösung (jetzt bereits 18:30). - 19:00 Eigentümerin kommt, macht Checkin (nach 3h Warten im freien):Sie hatte nie mit Hotels.com Kontakt gehabt (Weder Tel. Support / noch Platform Mails) (???). Wir sollen besser direkt buchen – dann kann so etwas nicht passieren? - 19:02 Mail Hotels.com: Sie konnten uns nicht erreichen (Tel. war nie besetzt/kein Anruf verzeichnet..). Sa. 01:00 Mail mit dem Express-Check-in erreichte uns im Schlaf... Also mit einem bischen gutem Willen und Serviceorientierung/Organisation – müsste das doch anders gehen? Kommentar Hotel: Wir sollen doch besser direkt buchen? Zimmer sauber/gut. Parkplatz:Strasse.
