No issues with the property but had to ask for coffees and milk for the room as they werent replenished daily.Area near the hotel didnt inspire confidence at night but had no issues during our 4 nights there.Not the cleanest German city and we have been to a few but still enjoyed our time there.

Stayed here for 3 nights while in town for the Euros. Originally booked for 2 nights but added a third once we got there and they were very accommodating! The front desk was very friendly and offered suggestions for sightseeing. I believe the hotel was fully booked but it was super quiet, I couldn’t tell that anyone else was staying on our floor. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was useful. Very walkable to train station, restaurants, nice coffee shop, and not too far from old town area. Felt self late at night. Only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t super strong in the room, but I may not have set it correctly.

So the hotel itself was great. The staff was really nice, the room was fine for the price, the bed was comfy, everything was very clean. However, there is a club right next to the hotel, the Mazaga Club which is open and plays music until 5am on Saturday. So while I was hoping for a quiet night, I couldn't sleep because of the bass reverberating around the building. Maybe on other days this is not a problem or if you can sleep in noisy environments - sadly, I'm not one of them.

A nicer room than in the picture, which was a pleasant surprise. The people on reception were incredibly helpful and very lovely. There was some noise outside my room in the night but I think this was another guest, which can't be helped.

Great staff. Fully equipped kitchen. Good bed and temperature. Windows have great sound insulation. The only thing is missing - washing machine. There was also some old carpet smell but overall I would definitely come back.

Near by Dusseldorf HBF. Studio type that was very spacious you can place luggage anywhere, and had everything required. Modern and clean bathroom. Just wish the heated dry rack worked though.
