Noise place.

Tthe staff were great but the room had no air con at all and the carpet was made of sonething which have me a rash when I did my stretching exercises that I have to do. There was no table that I could use to plan my day or even a kettke or fridge.

The staff on duty (I didn't get her name) on 25 Feb/1900hr est was extremely helpful and friendly. She was patient in explaining the hotel's policy to me and when I needed a power adaptor urgently as mine was incompatible, she immediately provided me with one which was such a life saver. I hope she knows who she is but thank you so much. Danke - great stay and very happy to recommend to anyone staying over in Berlin

Everything was great. The room towards the street was a little noisy during the night hours. I will book this hotel again but with a room towards the back

The room was just what I was expecting, clean and convenient. It's in a nice neighborhood as well which made it much easier for me to walk around.

Great Location and surprisingly quit considering it is in the middle of everything. located near public transportation. Would definitely return.

Excellent stay, with a fantastic location that made getting around and returning to the hotel effortless. We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable Uber was, perhaps due to the area. The room, though not large, was cozy and comfortable. The highlight was the morning staff—Andrea and Bruna were incredibly attentive, polite, kind, proactive, and efficient. Andrea, in particular, stood out with his friendly demeanor and multilingual skills; we spoke in English, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish. Kudos to him! We’ll definitely return on our next visit.

Polite staff and clean rooms

Hotel is in an excellent location in the city center. Room was nice by European standards and staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed is good and we slept well. Easy access to transit. Loved being able to rent bikes right from the front desk.

Hotel and transportation are great in Berlin.

The property is well located with great transport options around. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. I would recommend the property for fellow travellers. Great coffee shopping near to the hotel as well.

The hotel was in a great location and initial impressions very good. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. We booked a family room which was adjoining rooms so our teenage boys enjoyed their freedom and use of the TV 😀

The hotel is basic and does not provide some amenities in the room such as an iron and ironing board (without deposit) or a kettle. The plug sockets are not conveniently placed. That said the location is excellent and staff are helpful.

Beside qualities unique to the property & location. Both underground & tram are there stepping out of the lobby available. Awesome feature.

Great location, great staff, small rooms

Great location in one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Berlin!

The Hotel is close to public transport. Easy to get around. And close to main attractions There are a lot of options for dinner. The area get very busy a night but you won’t hear anything. Sound proof very good. Confortable bed, clean room, the only thing I add is a minibar

Staff were really friendly It is an economy hotel and does what it says on the can . It is well located and functional

Amazing and very professional Staff loved how they treated and talked.10/10 for lovely Paolo. But the mattress was hurting my back, the sink kept on blocking….which made it very hard to brush my teeth. The shower water kept on coming out which made it very uncomfortable to have a shower incase it will flood the room. And we didn't get our room cleaned, even though the cleaners trolley was outside our room but was told that the lift was out of order which was a lie.
