The room climate was very cold, it would have been nice to have instructions to adjust the thermostat. The room was lovely and well equipped with anything I might need. Although, it would have been nice to have coffee equipped in the room and a luggage stand. The staff was very kind and attentive.

The sauna was unique.
But the important part is that is was close to the Oktoberfest site without being too near the masses, which made it nice to have a place to put our heads without hearing people late at night.
The staff was good, and it answered any questions we had about the area.

Everything was good, but the AC (which we did not use and was off for the whole stay, located above the entrance to our room) was leaking. It was not a huge deal, but it looked very dirty and almost broken. I was dripped on a few times going in and out of the room. Had to clean up a small puddle with a towel. Seemed to stop after the first day.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel Laim. The staff were very helpful and did their very best to assist. The hotel was lovely and clean and the maid kept our room spick and span.
We had breakfast each day and although it was a little expensive at 21 Euro each, we felt that it was worth it with the vast selection available.
With regard to the location, the hotel was away from the city centre (15 minute taxi ride), but it did have a U-Bahn station on the doorstep which allowed very easy access to the sights.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.
