Very friendly staff. They even allowed me to use the shower before I checked in (I arrived early morning). Location was excellent, very close to most popular sightseeing places. Clean room and good tv channels

Room conditions are according to price. The location of the hotel is very good because it is very close to the door of the central station of Munich so that it is easy to find and makes it easy to get to the Pergoian and to Baga. The heater works well, what still needs to be improved is the number of bathrooms with only 1 bathroom on one floor. It is recommended that there are at least 2 bathrooms so if there are a lot of people staying there it will not bother visitors. I left my watch in my room or bathroom. I already ordered the reception staff when checking out to let me know if found. Coincidentally, my niece attended college in Munich so she could not take the watch if it was found. What also needs to be added is the room where visitors can watch TV together and the kitchen to make coffee and instant noodles, finally, For the price of what I pay, the condition of the hotel and its service I give a value of 8 out of a maximum value of 10. I also recommend to those who munchen with minimal costs to stay at the smart stay hotel munchen hotel.
