The breakfast menu was great. However they could improve on variety of the menu. It was limited to specific foods every day. Staff were brilliant people. Very helpful and respectful. Gym nice items and location.

I liked the room set up. I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet. I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for. Thanks

I truly loved the swimming pool. Housekeeping was great, front desk great. my interest or potential option i see to improve could be room service as it takes forever i.e. I ordered a dessert, 40 min for a call back that there out of apple pie an another hour to deliver chocolate cake! I would totally stay again.

The AC in my room was not working, and after several hours of discomfort, I was moved twice. Eventually, I went downstairs and asked to check out, but I was told I couldn’t because the reservation was made through Hotels.com. I then contacted my credit card company and am currently awaiting a refund.

It's a generally nice hotel; however - a work in progress. I was in a newer room but the aircon had stuffed tissues in the vents and the sink was largely blocked. Nice shower and otherwise generally clean. Poor breakfast choices for Western taste.
