The Pythia Hotel is ideally located in the centre of town where you can find plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. It's also a 5 minutes walk from the Delphi ruins main site. The hotel is a 1 star so it's basic but clean and comfortable. If you opt for a room with a view, you won't be disappointed as the view down the valley is magnificent.

Had a fabulous couple of days at this hotel wish I could have stayed longer. The view of the mountains were simply stunning. Location was perfect for exploring the sanctuary, museum and temple complex. Also really handy for the bus stop. Only one disappointment was that the hotel cafe was not open. However there are loads of small eating places within a few minutes walk and the complementary breakfast was more than adequate to set you up for a day of exploring. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom while small was more than adequate. If you are looking for 5star accommodation give Delphi a miss however, if you are looking for greek hospitality then this hotel is definitely worth a visit.

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο του Art Pythia Hotel 2 βραδυα. Αυτο που παρατηρησα ηταν μια ασχημη μυρωδιά που υπήρχε μέσα στο δωμάτιο κάθε φορά που μπέναμε μετά απο ώρες που λείπαμε. Νομίζω η μυρωδιά οφειλόταν σε κατι σχετικό με το μπάνιο, αλλα δε γνωρίζω σίγουρα. Υπήρχε ζεστό νερό, πετσέτες σκληρές στην υφή, το στρώμα αρκετά σκληρό-παλιό θα ελεγα-. Επίσης κάλο θα ήταν να υπάρχει δευτερο ατομο στο σερβις γιατι η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρετουσε στο πρωινό ηταν ολομόναχη και κανείς δεν ερχόταν να την βοηθήσει. Παρεπιπτόντως ήταν και η πιο ευγενική εκει μέσα. Ωραία θέα κατα τα αλλα. Οικονομική λύση εαν δε σε ενδιαφέρει να μείνεις πολύ μέσα στο δωματιο. Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία!

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. One day the AC failed and they assisted us immediately eventhough it was late at night. Another thing we liked about the hotel was the location. It is really close to Delphi Ancient ruins. The down side was that the hotel is in decadence. It’s like no one cares about the facilities status. Seems there is no maintenance. Looks like this hotel can use some love and care to put it back in play ;)

Service was lacking, property was a mess. I would leave room early in morning, come back mid/late afternoon and room not cleaned and cleaners wanting to come in while I’m there. Unfortunate as I love Delphi, second time visiting.

Art Pythia is a lovely small hotel within 100m of the bus stop. It was convenient to access all areas of Delphi and the rooms overlook the cliffs with no building blocking it. Breakfast was fairly simple, but included in our booking (there was cheese, meats, yogurts and cereals with bread). The only true downside was the noise from some renovations they were doing in the rooms and in the cafe, however if they are doing renovations it will ultimately be a positive way to make the hotel better.

Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Location great as very close to bus stop and within walking distance to the archioogical sites as well as area restaurants. Only problem was they don’t turn on hot water heater early in am so you have to remember to ask if you have early departure. Excellent value. Would strongly recommend.

Chosen as near bus stop for Athens and reasonably priced. Room had terrific view of valley and a small balcony. Rooms in back looked dull and no view. Hotel bit dated and old fashioned but staff very friendly and helpful . Bathrooms the smallest ever...never seen a loo at such a weird angle right up against the door. Good value all the same and handy for all local stuff in Delphi.

Delphi clings to the side of a mountain so the views from this hotel are incredible. My room was very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was as expected. Easy parking in the street outside. Easy stroll to sites. Very good cafés and restaurants just across the road. Trinket shops equally handy. Great place to stay in Delphi.
