Castri Village Hotel

Ver clean, lovely host, wonderful views, closer to Kouremenos Bch than Palaicastro was, in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was good; wifi was having issues while we were there, but a bit of tolerance for the roads and the wifi of eastern Crete is a must.

We received a very warm welcome by the owners. Although we arrived early they accommodated us and checked us in early. The breakfast was authentic and delicious! The rooms spacious and clean. And oh, the view Fantastic!! I wish we could have stayed longer

Room cleaning a little superficial

Super place to stay near the beach with fantastic views of the bay. Rooms very practical and clean, bed very comfortable. Poool and bar pretty great place to relax after day windsurfing. Wish we had stayed longer, very good value, will be back next year.

The property was very accommodating with my late arrival. Breakfast was good. Property is only 8 min drive from Vai beach.

We liked that fact that it was very quiet, minutes from the beach, friendly staff and great food.

This hotel is perched on a hillside with a fantastic view of the ocean and valley below and had a friendly and welcoming staff...the room was clean and spacious with a balcony and wonderful view along with the pool...it's close to great beaches, including Vai Beach, as well as great tavernas...we would definitely recommend it!

Freundlich, familiär, sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Zimmer sind sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Für eine 5 köpfige Familie fehlt etwas der Stauraum (nur 1 Schrank im Familienzimmer) und die Dusche ist sehr klein. Als Paar würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen. Die à la carte Speisen sind von sehr guter Qualität und schön zubereitet.

Es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Ausblick, das Schwimmbad und das Frühstück – alles war wirklich hervorragend. Auch das am Samstagabend gebuchte Barbecue war sehr gut, und bei dieser Aussicht einfach wunderbar! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen.

Emplacement géographique très bon, magnifique vue sur la baie, village parfaitement entretenu avec de beaux extérieurs. L’accès aux logements est difficile en voiture avec une pente très raide. Pour se rendre aux repas près de la réception tout en bas de la structure , le cheminement à pied est fatigant sous le soleil et impossible pour des personnes marchant difficilement ; nous nous y sommes rendus en voiture . Bon petit déjeuner avec des préparations maison . Chambre de bonne taille avec mini patio mais salle d’eau vétuste avec petit receveur et rideau. Un petit frigo et quelques couverts à disposition. Les 3 étoiles ne paraissent pas justifiées. Personnel très aimable.

La direction est à l'écoute et agréable, en revanche je déconseille la location de la chambre que j'avais soit celle avec terrasse et vue mer pour 4 personnes. En effet, la cheminée de l'extracteur de la cuisine se trouve juste au dessus de la chambre et de sa terrasse, elle fait un bruit épouvantable, sieste à proscrire. Ils m'ont dit qu'elle aurait du être réparée mais...D'autre part, la chambre se trouve juste au dessus de celle du restaurant et de la piscine, vous êtes donc visibles de tous et toute la journée quand vous voulez en profiter, intimité très réduite d'autant plus que le garde-corps, certes très joli, est ajouré et vous arrive aux genoux. C'est bien dommage car la vue est en revanche splendide. J'ai donc écourté mon séjour, aucun remboursement possible, une chambre proposée en remplacement mais pas du même standing et franchement déprimante. Je n'y ai pas diné mais le petit déjeuner est très agréable même si il est compliqué de le prendre en terrasse car aucune table n'est pourvue d'un parasol.

L'appartamento è ampio e con una vista sulla valle e sul mare. Andrebbe migliorato l'arredo. Mancano stoviglie nella zona cucina e almeno un armadio e un tavolo nel soggiorno. Colazione dell'hotel scarsa e con prodotti non freschi e non greci.

Bon accueil (en français), site en hauteur bénéficient d’une belle vue sur la baie de Kouremenos. Restaurent et infrastructures agréables.

Buona posizione a metà strada tra Sitia e le spiaggia dell'est. Struttura abbastanza nuova con panorama spettacolare sia sulla baia che sulle colline di ulivi tutt'intorno. Zona piscina, solarium e ristorante molto bella e ben curata. Non si può dire lo stesso della stanza, piuttosto spartana nell'arredamento, nel nostro caso avevamo prenotato uno studios e ci hanno dato una camera, abbastanza grande, ma mal disposta, con letto difficilmente accessibile e mancava una tenda normale (c'era solo l'oscurante, quindi o stavi al buio, o ...in vetrina). Bagno con porta che non si apriva totalmente (bastava mettere il wc pochi cm. più in là) e doccia piccola con tenda. Il set cortesia indicato...erano due misere saponette. Gentile il personale e buona la colazione, in modalità covid. Nel complesso quindi, bellissima location che potrebbe essere migliorata in molti dettagli anche per raggiungere parità nel rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Unser Appartement war sehr klein , der Sitzplatz außen war vor der Wohnungstuer, das war nicht schön. Die Anlage hat aber groessere Appartements im Angebot.

Les cheveux sont restés dans la salle de bain pendant tout le séjour
