Croco Mykonos

The staff at this hotel are the friendliest I’ve ever come across in any hotel I’ve been in. The breakfast was excellent and always fresh. The rooms are well equipped and really clean. Would definitely love to come here again.

Croco was amazing. Property is beautiful and beautiful boutique hotel and a design dream. The staff was amazing- it was my birthday and they made my whole stay from the room to the service rememberable. Not far from the airport and 10 min drive to little venice. Would come back in a heart beat!

Our stay at Croco was wonderful. The hotel is stunning, with a perfect location right by the beach offering breathtaking views of the sea and sunset. It’s also conveniently less than a 5 minute walk to Zuma. The staff was great and very responsive to all our requests. They even went out of their way to provide us with a converter when we forgot ours. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos.

Such a beautiful location. Quiet, quick access to the port if you’re looking for ferry’s to other islands, amazing service and kind staff members, easy transportation arranged by the hotel, great breakfast, stunning views. Would recommend to anyone and will be happy to return again

Rooms were great, staff was always available and arrange anything you need. Only downfall is walkability although most streets are not walkable. Walk to old town Mykonos was scary! Can’t say enough about staff though!

Perfect hotel and best staff

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and always willing to help. This place was 9/10, convenientishlocation (keep in mind no Ubers, taxis only and hotel has to call), great breakfasts and amazing staff.

Absolutely gem of a property with extreme attention to details. Pick up, reception, bar, restaurant and house keeping was stellar. Rooms are well appointed and the view is lovely. Morning breakfast is one of the best we have had with plethora of options to suit even the most picky eater. The people overall make it what it is and everyone of them was too notch.

The staff were nice.the decoration was new and modern. I love the breakfast option which was combination of menu and self service. Our room view was incredible. So close to town. The only thing i can say to improve was the room curtains.they aren't blackout.hot water take a bit while to get warm in bathroom.

Crocos is a beautiful hotel with very kind and attentive staff. It's brand new so there are still some teething issues and maintenance snagging which needs to be ironed out and hopefully in the off season these issues can be sorted. It pushes a 5* rating and deserves most of it (the breakfast in particular is awesome) but there are elements of the hotel and the service offering which are questionable. The prices being charged for food and drink are sky high, and are probably losing them money as the uptake didn't seem particularly high. I'd argue they could make more with slightly more competitive pricing. There is a brand new branded Land Rover Defender outside of the hotel but it can only be used between 11 - 15:00 and I think only to the hotel. Given the location to the port and marina one would have thought this could be better used as walking on any road in Mykonos isn't exactly safe. The room was also sold as a suite but it's really a hotel room with a personal outdoor area and a hot tub. It's nice and the decor and finish are good but it's not a suite. When there aren't cruise ships parked up the sunset view is great and is an amazing place to chill out. Overall, we are very happy with the experience but in general I wouldn't return to Mykonos as a family, it's not the right destination for people with kids in my opinion.
