The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, walkable to all the sights in Nafplio Town. It is a very beautiful town and we will definitely return. It is an elegant traditional boutique hotel. Loved the small pool for a few short laps when not busy although it was very cold (late October). I didn't realise breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. Our room was beautifully furnished although I found it a little dark and not enough natural light. The shower over the corner jacuzzi bath is not positioned well so it tends to spray and flood the floor each time. I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again but would stay in a lighter, brighter room with a view.

The property was lovely, clean, in a great location and the staff was exactly what you'd like. They were helpful and engaging. They gave us recommendations on places the locals dined. They helped us find parking on a weekend with record crowds.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring old town Nafplio. It's a quaint property with charming rooms. There was an issue with my room's door lock when I arrived but the front desk person was quick to have someone come and fix it. She watched my things so I could go explore while they worked on it and even put them in the room for me once the lock was fixed. It's not possible to park near the hotel but they'll point you to the best (free) place. Included breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about, and the walls are thin, I could hear other people more clearly than I wanted to. Great staff, nice building, excellent location, good for the one night I needed.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. Caring friendly and attentive.
Location was perfect close to port shops and restaurants and quiet considering proximity.
Would stay here again on my next trip.

The staff at the Ippoliti were all so friendly and helpful. I broke my tooth, they arranged a dentist appointment for me immediately, excellent service.
The hotel were spotlessly clean, modern and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the giant mirror….that was also a tv!
The breakfast was excellent, best orange pie we’ve ever had, and we’ve had a lot!
Can’t recommend highly enough, a real gem.

Very nice quiet hotel. Beds were quite comfy. Staff was very helpful. Village is great spot for seeing many points of interest. Would stay here again & again. Great find. Rate 9.2!

Surprisingly good hotel. Friendly,polite, knowledgable staff. A converted 19th century mansion with all the modern amenities. Limited number of rooms but does not detract from its 5 star character even though the price was for a 3 star. Amazingly clean and well maintained. Thank you to Dimitra for taking care of us while we waited for our room to be ready since we arrived before noon. She could have just pointed at the bar for us to order refreshments but instead she personally got them for us and brought them to a table in the courtyard.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was wonderful and so friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic each morning! It’s in a great location and I will definitely stay here again! The location does not have parking but it was so easy to find a spot nearby - we found one just a block away and it was free!
