The room was great and cleaned everyday. The food on the buffet was so nice and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. Not one bad word to say. Great visit from start to finish.

Unique and vastly expansive property. It was so large that there was a whole other pool and another beach we didn’t even discover until the night before our last day. Be sure to go on all the elevators as they take you to different places. A rental car place and an ATV Quad excursion is economical and within walking distance to the resort. There’s also a seaside village not far from the resort with amazing restaurants and shopping. We walked to it and took a taxi back. The taxi ride back was only 10 Euros. A taxi from the airport to the resort was about 30 min and 45 Euros. I recommend coordinating with the resort to schedule your pickup prior to your arrival. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioned. Get a room with a private pool in it. Those rooms are centrally located in the resort and well worth it.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, it was always fresh, tasted good and selection/variety was impressive. Buffet always clean, and well maintained. The views from this hotel are mesmerizing, sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. The only minus for us was that if you want to go to the beach you need to pay for lounge chairs, it wasn’t very expensive. The beaches near the hotel are kinda rocky, if you want a nice sandy beach there is Agia Pelagia Beach, it’s 10 min drive. The housekeeping lady in our section was so friendly and helpful. In general all hotel staff was very friendly, we had no issues. Definitely recommend this hotel

Car park not good was a bit far from hotel reception, not much help from reception staff this is not good for a 5 star hotel. Rooms are quite spacious, good air conditioning, but bathroom on the small side no room around the sink for toiletries etc. we had a sea view room, the views are stunning, but no drying rails for swim clothes, all inclusive is not really the best as quite at lot of drinks/bars not all inclusive so it’s a bit confusing

The actual hotel is amazing plus the all inclusive buffet is so plentiful enough choice for vegetarian and non veg. The dining area is very clean and helpful staff. Our room was basic with an kingsize bed and 1 single bed. Wasn’t very happy with the bathroom with the shower head and the rain shower was not in good working order the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Limited to no lighting at night, needless steps everywhere…tripped multiple times. Should have probably sued them for unsafe conditions. Not a ramp anywhere…difficult to transport your luggage. No assistance finding our room/no one walked us to our bldg - spent 20 minutes trying to locate our room, no markings on any bldgs. We’re given the wrong room. People next door had loud, crying children which we heard though the walls. People kept slamming doors…very noisy! Food was horrible. Only 1 restaurant and it was NOT included in the all inclusive and is only open on Monday and Wednesday nights at a cost of $45/pp. limited lighting in the rooms, built on a shoestring budget! If you want to stay/live in a Golden Corral restaurant then this is the place for you! Food from the buffet was always cold and consisted mostly of sugar foods and carbs. It was like being trapped on the worst cruise ship ever. Were there for 4 days and given 2 drink coupons each for 2 adults for alcohol (only thing dress was beer and wine). To say I hated it and it was the worst all inclusive experience of my life is an understatement (especially when I was at an all inclusive resort during a major hurricane was better than this place. Don’t waste your time or money with this property!!!! Trust me, you’ll thank me. The only thing worse was the poor couple there for 2 weeks on their honeymoon. Meet them our last night and they were equally as miserable as we were. Zero stars! Actually negative infinity!!!

The staff were very kind when we arrived late due a late arrival and offered us to go straight to the dining area and kitchen where we missed our dinner. We also got moved to another and much better room on our second night. We were given a bigger and better positioned room where there was less noise/people traffic. We disliked the thin walls, we seemed to hear constant noise in the morning from rooms surrounding us. The food and drink need to improve.
