Was a pleasant stay. Rooms cleaned daily and the great views on a pretty corner of the island. Thrilled to have had the beautiful experience in seeing the sunrise daily from the veranda of my room. Ample food choice from buffet but became bland and repetitive if staying over a week. No alternatives nearby outside the hotel. Staff lovely and attended to one or two hiccups immediately. ie. A lesson to use the shower and to fix the safe midway through my stay. All in all a pleasant stay.

It was a great place to relax. We are thinking of returning next year with our big family with children as it makes it easy. Very nice place.

We’ve just returned from an amazing trip to Crete and had a fantastic stay at the Peninsula Hotel. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to help whenever we needed anything. Their kindness really made our holiday feel special. The hotel was spotless, our room was clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. Everything was well looked after and made for a really relaxing stay. The food was fantastic as well, with plenty of choice every day and something for everyone. Every meal was enjoyable and definitely exceeded our expectations. The beaches nearby were honestly some of the best I’ve ever been to, with crystal-clear water and stunning scenery. It’s a place I’ll remember for a long time. A huge thank you to everyone at the Peninsula Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had an incredible time and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Crete. We’ll definitely be back.

We have stayed at the Peninsula Resort for four nights, and it has been one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The front desk team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. As this was our first visit to Crete, they made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Aman, Sofia, Effie, Fotini, and Tony for their outstanding service and genuine warmth throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize Chef Stelvio, Christian, and the restaurant team. I have a gluten allergy, and Chef Stelvio took time during a very busy service to personally explain how the food was labeled and what options were safe for me to enjoy. That level of care and attention meant so much and allowed me to relax and fully enjoy our meals. Everyone greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beautiful resort, amazing service, and genuine kindness of the staff made this a truly unforgettable experience. Also the room we stayed at was super clean, exactly like the pictures show. The cleaning staff are all very sweet, fast and thorough.Maria especially went above and beyond always greeting us. Couldn't believe how fast our room got cleaned, went to breakfast, came back and it was done! We can't wait to come back. Thank you, Peninsula Resort, for a wonderful stay!

The room was always clean. The individual pool was clean with amazing view. However in my 2 weeks at travelling thru Greece and staying at 5 different hotels - the front staff were the least helpful and condescending rude. I arrived by car and at check in was shown on a map where to park the car - problem was I was not asked to park my car off to the side to bring in my luggage. Unbeknownst to me it up and down a hill carrying luggage- small thing yes but lack of helpfulness. As I checked out NEITHER elevators were working so now I am carrying up my luggage 4 flights. I’m young not a huge issue. HOWEVER - the person at the front desk never apologized but repeatedly said someone did not close the doors properly- not an I’m sorry nothing he refused to acknowledge the issue and then got upset when I added the not working elevators to the front on their questionnaire paperwork. Not impressed at all.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The beach was beautiful, and the facilities were very clean throughout. A truly relaxing and pleasant experience.

Ich war mit meinem Freund 9 Nächte All inklusiv in dem Hotel und muss wirklich vom Empfang bis zum Check Out alles mit perfekt bewerten.Jedes Problem wurde sofort, behoben ohne zu diskutieren.Das Essen wie auch die Anlage waren sehr lecker und schön gestaltet.Es gab jeden Tag, ob morgens, mittags oder Abend etwas anderes.Das Zimmer war ein Traum und sehr sauber, der Meerblick machte den Urlaub perfekt.Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.Das Hotel ist mit Abstand das beste in dem ich je war.Vielen Dank für diesen gelungen und perfekten Urlaub.

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Great selection of snacks and drinks during the day. Restaurant was excellent, again a varied and great selection of meals. Staff were also polite, helpful and went the exra mile. The room we had overlooked the bay and was a delight to wake up to every morning.

The hotel is in a great location with spectacular views. The staff were very friendly and super helpful throughout our stay. Water sports are available for an extra charge and are conveniently located right near the property. The food was good with plenty of variety, and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels exchanged every day. We also asked for a late checkout due to our evening flight, and there was absolutely no problem arranging it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was so relaxed. Perfectly run and all the staff were friendly. They went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday and accommodated my husband visiting unexpectedly. It’s a beautiful location and although it’s nice to get out and explore, everything you could possibly want is right here at peninsula. Will definitely come back here one day!

Very clean hotel, all inclusive had limited drink options but were good enough for my girlfriend and I, our sea view balcony was huge I think we got lucky with a big and secluded one.

Regret exprimé sur place sans suivi Pas de fruits frais comme pastèque pourtant bien présent en grece

Early in the season so not everything was open. Pool very cold beginning of May. Food was excellent, drinks not so much in all-inclusive as they are using pre-made mixes.
