Great staff

Based on my observation, everything is good.

Very close proximity to the Prometric test center. Flexible cancellations with no additional charges. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The room was very clean. The lock on the room door was not reassuring.

Older property in stages of updating, but a long way to go. Bed, A/C, TV and refrigerator okay. Newer sink and toilet but tub badly scarred, diverter spout fell off with just water pressure, tile grout moldy. Furniture minimal, old and dinged. No coffee maker or other amenities. No vending machines. Staff friendly, especially housekeepers. Can't imagine how prior guests rated this an 8!

Close to the airport

Harmon Loop Hotel was good and convenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the fact that there Lobby or waiting area was hot and there was no Air Conditioning (AC).

so convenient and accessible to restaurants, salons, and stores. Mostly nicest service from the Hotel. We thank Mr. Jesse for his service. would recommend it to anyone!

There is so much to say about this place and I understand some of it is outside the control of the management. Overall, this is the ultimate budget hotel. First, they only accept cash for the security deposit when you check in. I have never seen a hotel like that in probably 20 years. The room is generally clean but you feel like you went back to 1980. Everything is super old and dated. The bathroom was designed by whoever designs Army barracks. There were ants throughout the room. The doorknob and lock is exactly what you see in a typical residential house. There is nothing secure about the door and there is no mechanism to lock the door from the inside for added security as you would see in any typical hotel. No toiletries are provided so ensure you bring your own bodywash, shampoo, lotion, etc. The towels had both stains and long hairs on them. The local garbage truck empties the trash dumpter at 1am so that will wake you up. I didn't realize this until after I checked in but this location is where meth addicts congregate which was confirmed by the local police dept. My Guamanian friends were all shocked I stayed at this hotel. They were very aware of its reputation too. Bottom line, this hotel is acceptable if you're on a very tight budget, you don't mind going back to 1980, and you're comfortable in this type of environment.

Stayed coz family stayed here for a medical referral. Not the best Hawaiian experience.
