New Harmon Loop Hotel

Manager is rude. Need to train there personnel to treat people nice. The manager said I will be block after the conversation for check out time.

Room, shuttle, and hotel in general were horrible. The room was very basic and was the shuttle was non-existent. I called for the shuttle as soon as we got out of the airport and they told me to take a taxi due to them not having a shuttle available due to staffing. They did not offer any taxi services so we grabbed the first one we could get. Once we got there we asked again about the shuttle for our morning flight and they again told us to take a taxi. We asked if there was a cheaper option and they laughed when we told them about the taxi we took to get to the hotel. On the front desk the shuttle was offered from 4pm-7am for $17/person, which a cost was not on the website. They finally gave us a number for a taxi service that was slightly cheaper. The hotel was a disaster construction tape everywhere. The room had loose wires hanging on the walls, there was no second lock on the door, and the blinds let a lot of light. There were stains on the comforter as well. Overall, Not impressed.

We arrived around 2:00am exhausted ready to check in, staff was mid not very welcoming if I’m being honest. Once in the room we showered and immediately

Room was spacious and had 3 beds which was was we needed to fit our family of four and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Aircondion was perfect, and shops around was available but the shuttle wasn't available!

The property is being renovated, so you may experience some slight construction issues such as the stair railing being under repair, which can be an inconvenience if you are residing on the 2nd. floor.

Close to the airport. Restaurants, convenience store next to hotel. McDonald’s across the street. Great diner “Shirley’s” two minute walk. Quick check-in, clean rooms.

Clean room and friendly and helpful staff.

Improve security system.

The ac was noisy as they have individual ac units in the room. I also didn’t like carrying bags upstairs without elevators. Aside of that everything was excellent and the best value all around. I appreciated the 24 hour check in desk.

The hotel is clean overall. The room and bathroom were clean and neat. It’s an older place and pretty basic. The price was great. It’s across the road from Shady Lady which was perfect for my purpose.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Will definitely recommend to others.
