Porta hotel is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and the staff is amazing! Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are comfy, clean and beautiful. The beds. Pillows and blankets are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice. The pool is heated. Their restaurant serves yummy food. The room I stayed in had a fire place I enjoyed so much! Feels like a resort! Absolutely love porta hotel and will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful hotel, the restaurant faces the pool gardens and the volcano. The rooms have air conditioning and you can flush tissue down the toilet. It may seem odd that I mentioned this, but these amenties are not common in Guatamala. The hotel is a few blocks from the main plaza. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms and the property was well kept and staff was very accommodating. The only downside is that on 2 different days after being away from my room and coming back my room was not cleaned, but each time I found a member of the housekeeping staff and they took care of it right away. For me that’s just a minor thing and it was corrected but worth mentioning.

Beautiful location, close to everything. Breakfast is not in included so be mindful of that and the shuttle for transportation is an additional fee. They don’t tell you that when you book so check before. Overall everyone was nice
