The staff was great but the hotel in itself needs to be renovated. The only reason I go there it is because it is near the beach. Please make renovations

It is one of my favorite places to stay in Haiti. It is started to show signs of aging, but I still love the place.

Our stay fell short of expectations. While the property has potential, basic service standards were lacking. Many staff members appeared disengaged and frequently focused on their phones, which made it difficult to get assistance — particularly at the beach bar, where we waited more than 15 minutes without service. The rooms could benefit from updates. Ours had a musty smell and cracks around the window seals that allowed mosquitoes to enter, which made the room uncomfortable. The beach area also needs attention, as several chairs and umbrellas were broken or left scattered around. It’s worth noting that there is no hotel transportation offered, so getting around requires outside arrangements. Additionally, loud music played late into the night (around 3:30 a.m.), and the noise carried into the room, making rest difficult. With improvements in staff attentiveness, maintenance, and guest services, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Unfortunately, during this stay it did not meet expectations.

From the airport (CAP) transfer to the Cormier Plage Resort and back, the service was excellent: * smooth and fast transfer; * quick check-in and room assignment; * very clean room, bathroom, yard, beach areas, bar, dining and entertainment area; * friendly, courteous staff (at all levels) throughout providing quick service and attentive to your every need, such as a special attention (personal fan) brought by one server (Mr. Johnny) during my dinner time to address an issue I noticed that I have; * great security provided throughout the resort at every corner; * in-room multi-channels TV availability; and * very reliable Wi-FI service to stay connected with loved-ones around the globe; and * great natural surrounding: nice landscape, ocean views, sea turtles/crab holes throughout the sandy shore, clean water to swim. All in all, it's a great resort to vacation and have a great retreat. Even though it's my second stay there, I can't wait to come back! Thank you Cormier Plage!

THE STAFF CHARGED ME $30 US FOR BREAKFAST AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE AND THEY MADE ME PAY CASH TOO A BIT SUSPECIOUS BUT I WAS ON A HURRY. THE PLACE WAS A GHOST TOWN. $250 A NIGHT AND NO ACTIVITIES WHATSOVER. IT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME TOO. THE ROOM WAS BIG - THE FOOD WAS DECENT - THE BEACH WAS CLEAN - THEY HAVE PLENTY OF PEOPLE AROUND IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. THE GUY AT THE BAR ON HIS PHONE AND I SEEM TO DISTURB HIM WHEN I CAME TO BUY A DRINK

Clean room, welcoming staff and good beach. Only issue I had was with the mosquitos at breakfast and the massage hut. They do bring the massage to your room if you ask but I think it should have been proactively offered. All-in a good place for a relaxing time in Cap Haitian.

COMIER CONTINUED TO MAKE YOUR PLACE ON TOP. WILL BE BACK SOON WITH THE FAMILY.

Service was a little bit too slow, and too many people coming from other beaches had access to the area. For the second point, I know is difficult for them to manage that.
