Clean room, nice staff , hot water in the shower.

No central air conditioning outside of the room. The metal roof insulates the heat, with no release. This risks illness when exiting an air unconditioned room. Having said that, on a positive note, the staff was very welcoming. The problem is with the infrastructure.

Good location. Super nice staff. Breakfast was delicious and had many options, cereal, eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, toast... Lil restaurant downstairs has excellent food.. the view of the traffic circle and city was entertaining, and the mountains in the background, lovely Safe parking in the basement. 5 stars for sure

Dangerous part of La Ceiba, road was blockaded by pickup trucks and we were unable to reach the hotel. Hotel refused to provide a refund although Expedia helped out with One Key points

Victor the night security guard and the cleaning ladies were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I hope they have an employee of the month and that victor gets it! That being said I do think that the property could do with a fresh coat of paint to make it “pop” a bit more. TV’s should be bigger and have more channels available in English. The shower heads need to be changed. That being said I would stay again.

The hotel was nice but in a bad area I would stay there again because the hotel was ok there was no toilet paper n water in the room for guests lucky I brought my own

Good time.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found the parking to be convenient and secure, which was a plus. The location is great, close to markets. However, the hotel itself is somewhat outdated, lacking hot water and having very low water pressure. The cable options are limited to regular channels. The rooms could use better cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, there’s no complimentary water so bring your own!! Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was further impacted by the absence of toilet paper and towels, which was quite inconvenient. Despite the convenient parking and proximity to markets, the outdated facilities, lack of hot water, low water pressure, limited cable, and inadequate room maintenance were notable drawbacks. While it might suffice for a brief overnight stay, these issues significantly impacted the overall experience and I would not return again.

great choice on a budget. no entertainment option within the hotel, this is just to spend the night and do stuff around the areas close to the center.

Not the best area to be on a vacation trip

For the price it was good. The people were nice and helped us when there was something not working. It is clean and secure. Not a great beautiful property but we did not expect it to be because it was a low price. For the price it was a goo place to stay and we would come back under similar circumstances. We needed a place for the night as we left the next day for the ferry.,

Basic but pretty cheap

I would say was ok, due the room was what you pay for very basic , good air conditioning shower was not great looks dirty but I use my sandals to shower on, my stay would have be much better if the WiFi was working I ask front desk about it they couldn’t figure it out. I arrived late nite to San Pedro Sula so all phone vendors were gone so didn’t have service on my phone which I expected wifi at hotel to be able to communicate. There is loud noises coming from out side from barking dogs none stop which can be annoying if you try to sleep. Again you paying only 30$ what can you spect. Breakfast was no good but I think for extra fee you could request anything you want. Not an egg, bean and corn tortilla for 4$ wanted something else. but was ok. I think can stay another nite if I have my phone service is cheap enough.

I liked everything, the service was excellent, very clean but just a bit of shower head cleaning so the water can flow better, will be greatly appreciated. Other than that I will return to this hotel always.

Clean property with professional and very friendly staff ... great location in centro

Much bigger then I thought it would be from the pictures. Very nice rooms and bathrooms, loved the hot water, AC and having Netflix, Amazon Prime and others available to use on the tv. Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
